Ubytovanie sa nachádza na sídlisku Terasa, priamo oproti novej nemocnici. Výhodou je rýchla dostupnosť do centra mesta, cca 10 minut pešo. Univerzity ako UPJŠ, TUKE, lekárska fakulta tiež v pešej dostupnosti, ako aj nákupné centrá Galéria a Cassovar. Autobusová zastávka je priamo pred ubytovaním a cca 2 minuty pešo je električkova zastávka. Pred apartmánom nájdete bezplatné parkovanie. Apartmán je po čerstvej rekonštrukcii. Čisté osušky a posteľná bielizeň sú samozrejmosťou.
