Cosy loft apartment in the center w private parkin

Loft apartment located only a few steps from the center with enclosed private parking. On the 54m2, you have at your disposal, on one side, a spacious living room connected to the kitchen, dining area and a partially separate work area, on the other side, a cozy bedroom with a quality spring mattress and a stylish cosmetic corner. The bedroom is oriented to the inner block and quiet, although we are in the center. The well-lit bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower is separate from the toilet.

This lovely vintage studio from the 13th century is located right in the heart of the city on Hlavna Street. Ubytovanie sa nachádza na sídlisku Dargovských hrdinov - Furča, asi 6 km od centra mesta. Prenajíma sa celý 3-izbový byt. Bezplatné parkovanie je pri bloku. Zastávka autobusu je 1 min pešo. Cesta do centra trvá 15 min autobusom, 8 min autom. V blízkosti ubytovania nájdete potraviny, menšie nákupné centrá, reštaurácie, pizzerie, posilňovne, poštu, veterinu, kaderníctva, kozmetický salón, kostol, polikliniku, lekáreň, čistiareň odevov, potreby pre chovateľov a pod.

An apartment with separate entrance at town centre

Room has separate bathroom with toilet, separate entrance, russian, english and german speaking hosts. There is double bed in the upper part of the room. There are sofa bed, small table, desk with chair and wardrobe in the lower part of the room. There is kitchen corner next to the room with small refrigerator, cooker and basic equipment. Free Wi-Fi is available. Windows are opened to silent court. Check in and check out time is possible to adapt :-)
