A Lovely Island Home with Flowers - Pansiyon Life

Heybeliadali marangoz Andon usta 1928 yilinda Burak Reis Sokak'ta bir ev yaptirmaya karar verir. 1930 yilinda biten evin alt kati tas, ust kati kagir yigma, tavan ve tabani ahsaptir. Andon usta uzun yillar yasamini bu evde surdurur. Vefatindan sonra uzun yillar bu evde oturan olmaz. Yeni ev sahibi 2003'te restorasyona baslar. 2004'te aslina uygun sekilde yenilenen bu evde cicekler icinde yeni bir yasam baslar. Evin arkasi orman, onu alabildigine mavilikler ve sabahlari sadece kus sesleri...

Tiny Ballıca is located within the borders of Ballıca Village, 15 mins from Sabiha Gökçen Airport and Viaport Shopping Center and 5 mins from Intercity İstanbul Park. Being very close to the city makes it possible to get away from the crowd and meet with nature and calmness whenever you want. Our tiny house has an open kitchen, a double bedroom on the loft floor, a bathroom and has its own patio. With fireplace & air condition, the house is ideal for both summer and winter getaways.

Located in a quiet corner of Büyükada, this special villa offers a unique stay with its private pier, spacious garden, and seawater swimming pool. In winter, peaceful evenings by the sea-view fireplace in the living room await you. The host lives on the upper floor with three Jack Russell dogs. The guest floor has a separate entrance, and the upper and lower floors are connected by an internal staircase. Great care is taken to ensure our guests’ privacy and comfort.

It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿
