Benvenuti! "Lake View" is a beautiful and spacious modern one bedroom self-contained guesthouse that I have always dreamt of creating since I first found this wonderful location. My property is situated on the shores of Lake Cartcarrong midway between the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians. I speak Italian and French with an Italian accent! There is one horse and one whippet on the property and numerous species of native wildlife. The accommodation is light, private, spacious and comfortable.

Pick fruit from the garden & with free range eggs and coffee for breakfast to start . It has amazing views of the country side, yet it is nestled in a quiet and secluded spot right in the heart of the city. A short 5 min walk to restaurants, shopping and CBD. Beautiful fixtures, fittings and accessories make this apartment feel like home.

Acacia Park Farm Guest House.

Acacia Park Guest House is a spacious two bedroom farm house where coastal bliss meets rural charm. Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. Stroll around our large garden and enjoy watching the beautiful wildlife that lives in it, enjoy watching rabbits and birds that call our garden home we also have the occasional Koala call in. We have horses and sheep you can meet under supervision or enjoy watching them graze.

This new loft conversion offers a spacious open plan living with bay views, located above 12 Rocks Cafe. Watch the sunset from one of two balconies during summer months, with a chilled glass of wine. Simply walk downstairs & you are on the main street, to your right a safe swimming beach. 10 minutes drive to 12 apostles. Accommodation more suited for adults.

The Bank Koroit - Garden Apartment.

The downstairs apartment at The Bank is right in the centre of Koroit. A bright, open modern fully renovated accommodation in period style. It is in walking distance to all the beauties of this heartland of Irish heritage in Western Victoria. A walk from the house can access Tower hill and even the ride/bike trail to Warrnambool and Port Fairy. We love the hinter lands to the North; the volcanic plains and the Grampians (Gariwerd.) A perfect stopover from the Great Ocean Road.

Yawnoc Cottage - Country Stay Woolsthorpe

Country Cottage - Escape to the country and enjoy a peaceful, friendly farm stay with rural views. An easy 25 min drive to Warrnambool & Port Fairy, 15 min to historic Koroit located on the footsteps of Tower Hill. Heading north is Dunkeld a 45 min drive to the Southern end of the Grampians. A cosy one bedroom cottage with queen sized bed, (portacot available on request), fully self contained. Farm managers residents conveniently neighbouring to assist with your stay.

It's private location, warm ambiance and complimentary Continental Breakfast with each booking make it the perfect getaway. With a gas fireplace to curl up in front of on cool winter nights and a heated pool to dive into on warm summer days its a dream retreat for couples. We are close to walking tracks and the historic Wollaston Bridge. Pool heated in summer months (Dec-Feb).

Tranquil Countryside Cottage

This cozy one-bedroom cottage is situated on a picturesque hobby farm, 10 minutes from Warrnambool. The self-contained cottage is accessed by a private tree-lined entrance and is surrounded by two and a half acres of well-established trees and gardens. The peaceful property is surrounded by rolling green pastures and guests can enjoy watching the sheep and cows from the front veranda. You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.

High View Cottages

A rural retreat set on 29 acres of rolling pastures, High View is a peaceful horse facility with spectacular views across the dunes to the ocean. Guests can wander the grassy laneways around our agistment paddocks or watch the incredible sunsets from your veranda. As a pet friendly property you can even bring your dog to enjoy a slice of the rural lifestyle. Just 5 minutes drive to the supermarket and 10 minutes to central Warrnambool we have the best of both worlds.

The Studio at Heathbrae is situated 1.5 km from the charming Irish village of Koroit. Located halfway between Warrnambool and Port Fairy, surrounded by beautiful green countryside, walking distance to Tower Hill reserve and a short drive to the hidden gem of Killarney beach. The studio is a private apartment, semi attached to our home, Heathbrae, in peaceful gardens set on over 2 acres.
