Two floor cozy holiday house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large living room, with a charming fireplace and fully equipped kitchen to salon, surrounded by a garden. The garden and porch are very comfortable. It has also a barbecue. "Bedroom 1" has one single bed (160x200), and "Bedroom 2 " is located on the open gallery, and has a two single bed (90x200).

Kuća za odmor "Markoci" je stara hrastova kuća smještena u Grabovcu. Od mjesta Rakovice je udaljena 4 km, mirna lokacija i čisto prirodno okruženje. Kuća ima prostranu travnatu okućnicu i besplatan natkriven parking. Kuća sadrži dnevni boravak, 2 spavaće sobe, 2 kupaonice, saunu, wc i kuhinju. U cijelom objektu dostupan je besplatni WI-FI. Kuća je sagrađena u ljeto/jesen 2022. Okruženje RA HOUSE prepuno je prirodnih ljepota, izletišta, zanimljivih destinacija za odmor i zabavu. Cottage Ljubica

Our wooden cottage is located in the village Mahićno near the town of Karlovac. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is by the woods where you can take a walk and see a lot of harmless animals. In just a few minutes’ walk through the woods and the meadow you can reach the river Kupa. You can also reach the river Dobra in ca. 20 min by foot and see where Dobra joins the Kupa. Both rivers are very clean and are great refreshment in hot summer days.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
