Great place to stay in Banashankari. Wonderful ambience and Impressively welcoming atmosphere. We rented this property for its close proximity to Girinagar to grace couple of family events in the neighborhood. My extended family enjoyed the 3 day stay and the best part, our relatives residing closeby loved the place who visited us for couple of gettogethers. Caretaker Raja was very polite & helpful. Though Car parking isn't exactly inside the property fence, But we didn't have any issues parking it alongside the road. Raja took care of the 3 cars that we parked. All in all, we had Superb and memorable stay. Thanks so much Mr Ram for being such a wonderful host.

Nice and peaceful place. The staff were very accommodating, as was the villa. My wedding party guests stayed at this place and they were very happy with the facilities as well. Would definitely recommend this place for a small gathering .

Great place to unwind with your family and friends…totally isolated from the city’s bustling life and very peaceful yet close to the city especially if you are staying in north Bangalore..had a great family outing with 8 adults and 3 kids..loved the pool, sunset view and morning walk. Overall great place

The villa is amazing for a getaway. Property is extremely well maintained. Caretakers were extremely helpful. The hosts responded to all our queries very efficiently. Will definitely recommend. Keep up the good job guys!

We had a great stay in Koramangala. Easy to locate. The host was to friendly from the first and proactive with messages and ensures we were comfortable throughout the stay. Walking distance to all amenities , restaurants, Essentials were nearby. Well maintained. Very spacious.. The caretaker was also very friendly and helpful.. We will prefer this place again whenever needed.

We were 6 friends along with a pet dog. I went to celebrate my birthday. The host was super friendly and accommodating. Loved his hospitality. The property is tastefully designed. The swimming pool stood out. Had a fun time in the pool. Will definitely visit again.

We had an amazing time at Villa Athithi! The place was even better than expected — the vibe when you enter is just different. The villa was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. One of the simple and most beautiful places I have stayed at in Bangalore. It is peaceful, surrounded by trees but is still at a walkable distance to the ORR and the tech parks in Mahadevapura. The place has ample space to casually walk around and get lost in your thoughts. Rahul and Amit are great hosts. Always responsive to my requests and querying about my comfort throughout the stay. They are always welcoming to good conversations and you would find yourself being a flatmate there rather than a guest. I would highly recommend this place - it not provides a good stay but a good company too.

It is a huge house. Perfect for hanging out for both friends or families. All rooms are very spacious. The caretakers are responsive. Can easily park 5 cars. All deliveries are available.

The villa is amazing. All the commodities, clean and peaceful. The swimming pool is also huge and very well maintained. Ravindran is helpful and responsive. Worth to stay!
