A 7,000 sq ft Log Home with a private lakefront and superb views. Perfect for family reunions, business, fishing retreats etc. 5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms, sleeps 16 people in 9 beds. Sun decks, bar, pool table, TV theatre room, hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, boat dock. Close to ferry landing and boat launch. 10min drive from Crawford Bay w artisan shops, restaurants, market and golf courses. This is a quiet resort in a natural setting, please only mature, respectful groups, no stags, loud parties etc.

Beautiful 3 bed, 1bath custom log home situated on Crawford Creek. Walking or biking distance to restaurants, shops and the golf course. About 2 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of Crawford Bay. In winter, the Whitewater Ski hill is about 40 minute (+ scenic ferry ride) away. There is ample cross country skiing on the Kokanee Springs golf course and up Crawford Creek road as well as the spectacular Ainsworth Hot Springs just across the ferry(booking required). Fire pit available seasonally.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, right on the lake and nestled in the mountains. Located in a very quiet neighbourhood with a secluded beach within very short walking distance. It’s an 8 minute drive to the beautiful village of Kaslo and a 10 minute drive to Ainsworth Hot Springs. It's a 30 minute walk to the stunning ‘Fletcher Falls’; an amazing waterfall and quiet beach. There is also year round use of a hot tub which overlooks the stunning view of the lake and mountains.

The Rusty Bear - Waterfront home on Kootenay Lake.

The Rusty Bear is our awesome home in Procter Point. Our rock beach on Kootenay Lake gives way to a world of watersports possibilities including kayaking, SUP and world-class fishing. The small community of Procter offers a General Store (complete with fuel and liquor) as well as the Village Bakery (with their famous cinnamon buns). Hiking and biking the Proctologist trails are just out the front door. Golfing is around the corner. Dining, if not on our amazing deck, is a short drive.

Conveniently located between Nelson (45 mins S), Balfour (15 mins S)Kaslo (15 mins N) World renowned Ainsworth Hot-spring is walking distance (across the road) which are known for their awesome caves.

Situated on Kootenay lake, our suites provide travelers with a choice between two unique and beautiful accommodations. Both suites are spacious and feature incredible lake and mountain views, private decks, fully equipped kitchens, and private access to a secluded beach. The Grandview Chalet is located at Soul’s Paradise Resort Campground on Site 35. Just a 6-minute walk brings you to the beach, while the Kootenay Bay Ferry is only 10 minutes away, and the Kootenay Bay boat launch is a quick 7-minute drive. Creston is approximately 70 minutes away, and Nelson about 60 minutes. Enjoy sunny days and relaxing evenings in paradise.
