A stay at the River's Edge is an updated walk out PRIVATE (no shared space) daylight basement apt with your own side yard and view of the beautiful Spokane river and mountains. Space has a private entrance, large living space and an over sized bedroom with a king bed. You also have your own laundry area with a small full kitchenette and own private bathroom. We are located 15 minutes from Cd'A, 15 minutes from Spokane Valley, 10 minutes to Q'emiln Park and close to the Centennial Trail.

Enjoy your own patriotic, western themed 400 sq ft separate guest suite w/ a private entrance and patio w picnic table & bbq. Kitchen w/ oven range & sink, bathroom, bedroom, rest area. Antiques and a converted water trough bathtub is fun and gives a nice deep cowboy bath, but it is tall and small (think tiny home shower.) In Post Falls, 15 min from downtown CDA. 5 min from Qemiln and Falls park, 1 min from Black Bay park, Comfortably fits 2 adults but more welcome!

Gas stove, butcher block counters, new appliances all around. Private patio, with lush planters surrounding makes for a great place to unwind. Off-street parking. 1 block to the beach and the best park in CDA. Walk downtown or to NIC in minutes. Sleeps 4!

Emma's Garden

Private, safe, clean, and quality. Custom built, modern & functional floor plan w quality sheets on a tempurpedic mattress on a queen bed. Futon couch is 3rd person bed. Oversized tub/shower, quartz countertops, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, & Keurig coffee maker. Separated private entrance & patio w self check-in & parking on far side of my home on nearly an acre. Only 1 shared wall is with my Boat garage. Close to Honeysuckle Beach & downtown.

Kicking Moose guesthouse- one bedroom with loft

Cute little guesthouse with full amenities. Guesthouse has 1 bedroom with queen bed, loft (4ft height)with king bed, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry. This little beauty is located on a 5 acre parcel (shared with home owner and a few farm animals). Room for car or an RV (additional charge for RV access/use to include water and electricity). Close proximity to Silverwood Theme Park, Farragut State Park, Sandpoint and Coeur d’Alene.

Large private suite close to downtown Coeur d'Alene. Light, spacious, quiet and very private and only a short scenic drive away from downtown. Our modern little ranch is located on 8 close in acres on a scenic well-maintained road where it is common to see elk, deer, turkey and even moose! It is an ideal location for a serene getaway or business travel but not suitable for parties. Very easy access to lake Coeur d'Alene and downtown area.
