We have a large open living space, kitchen and deck (with a hot tub) overlooking Cd'A Lake & Tubbs Hill Park. The house is perfect for families with kids as the upstairs space is a great play area & has low ceilings.

Take the kayaks to downtown or Tubbs Hill. Only a 5-minute Uber to all the best restaurants and shopping. Bring your own boat for your private dock and sandy beach front, logged off swimming area. Access to a large waterfront wharf (extremely rare). Perfect for a women's retreat. Able to see the start of Iron Man from this location.

The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. Our waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

Access to 300 ft. of shoreline (fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking), 5 min drive to downtown CDA, the CDA golf course, the Centennial Trail and 10 min to great running/hiking trails. Only a 40 min drive from Spokane Airport. Brand new fully outfitted Airstream with water and power hooked up.

Accessed by boat only (yours or ours), a pretty little sleeping cabin of reclaimed large timbers with outdoor kitchen, solar power, gas heat, and potable water. 9 acre property offers seclusion, exploration, mossy little treasure spots, and beautiful views including truly amazing sunsets. Large dock creates a pebble-bottomed swimming lagoon, canoes and kayaks are on site, plenty of hammocks available. Hiking and recreation nearby. Boat ramps and marinas are minutes away. Great for kayakers!!

This 3 bedroom property sits on more than 2 acres which creates plenty of privacy and areas to explore. The house has modern furniture, well equipped kitchen, large deck with covered cabana, chaise lounges, BBQ, outdoor dining and fire table with comfortable lounge chairs. The family dog is welcome at no additional nightly fee.
