The house was fantastic for a large group. There was plenty of room inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for preparing and cooking for a large group. Great location too, very close to the beach.

Kaitlyn’s place would have to be the most convenient spot in town! Right next door to the bike shop/cafe and an easy walk to all that Melrose has to offer. The house is cosy and clean and has everything you need. We especially loved sitting on the back deck with a drink and a good book!

The price of this house is very affordable and it is big enough for many people to live together. The kitchen and bathroom are also very clean, and the refrigerator and air conditioner are very fast. The host Philippa is very friendly and helped us solve many problems. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

We loved our stay here!! Beautiful views down North Beach and a very quiet spot. A short walk down the dunes to the beach! We enjoyed a daily beach walk down to North Beach Kitchen for coffee and our kids loved the SUP board! House felt homely and spacious. Bedrooms upstairs and living downstairs worked well. Master bed mattress is very firm but my husband quite liked it. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to self cater. Would recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

Just visited percy place as a group of 8 to celebrate a birthday weekend. Couldn't have picked better. Location is superbirerally 2 mind walk to the beach or 8 mins to the jetty and splash park. The accomodation was superb a real beachy vibe but hadn't scrimped on amenities and comfort. Beds were very comfortable and the outdoor deck at the back with the annexed mini house meant the group could spread out and enjoy the space play games, sit in the sun, chat and enjoy a BBQ. Only very very minor critism is no screen door on the sliding patio resulted in flies getting into the house. But all in all this was a fantastic stay would definately recommend to anyone looking for a home from home on the yorkes. Will likely book percys place again in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at Vicky’s place! The location was peaceful and private, providing a perfect retreat. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, and Vicky was a helpful and welcoming host. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The 7 of us had a lovely comfortable stay. Easy walking distance to the playground, beach, shops and pubs. Perfect home for our family get away! Thanks Catherine
