2+1 flat with garden view is 55 m² in size, on the garden floor and lobby floor. This type of flat has a floor heating system and provides unique comfort during the winter months. It consists of 2 bedrooms, living room & kitchen and 1 bathroom & WC. It includes a double bed in the master bedroom, a single bed in the children's room and an armchair that can be converted into a single bed in the living room. It provides excellent accommodation for families who want a separate children's room.
