The property is well located in a nice society where the neighbours would keep to themselves. the host is very welcoming and chill, you can call him up for drinks anytime ( I surely did ). My overall experience has been perfect.

Swapnaja is a wonderful, friendly host who makes you feel right at home. She suggested us some great recommendations for local attractions. (Swapnaja, that coffee table book on Ratnagiri was wonderful.) She is a good cook too. My son especially liked the fish prepared by her. Overall, we had a great stay with Swapnaja. We will definitely visit again. 😊

Overall we really liked our stay here. Preeti was super communicative throughout the trip and checked in on us daily. There was a minor inconvenience on the first day when the electricity in the area was out so the living room AC wasn’t working (bedroom was functional though) but apart from that everything was great. The place was well fenced so we could let our dog roam about. The space is very nicely setup and was very comfortable. There’s a nice mountain path one can follow outside the property for a light trek. Special mention to the cook at the property. The food was so good that we easily ate twice our normal appetite. Will definitely visit again.

I recently stayed at the villa for a day and used it as a remote workspace. The experience was fantastic. The villa is peaceful and quiet, providing an ideal environment for focused work. The internet connection was reliable, which was crucial for my work tasks. Although my stay was short, I found the amenities and ambience perfect for work and relaxation.

After thoroughly checking nearby areas, I can confidently say you won’t find such a spacious place at this price point in Kharghar or its surroundings. I had the pleasure of staying at this 1BHK apartment in Goa for 10 days, and I must say it was an incredible experience. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a well-maintained and tastefully decorated living space. The cozy bedroom with a comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, making it convenient for me to prepare my meals when I didn't feel like dining out. One of the highlights of this stay was the balcony, offering a beautiful view and a perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee or enjoy a sunset. The apartment complex itself was well-maintained, and the security measures provided a sense of safety throughout my stay. The location was ideal, allowing easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive to any questions or requests I had, which added to the overall positive experience.

It was home away from home. Very much comfortable and accessible from prime locations. I booked it for my visit to nearest eye specialist for my father. Bhakti is very friendly and a very nice host. She even had all essentials stocked like basic grocery stocked. It was real relief for me as I was accompanied with senior citizens and toddler. Most special is Kids room as my toddler really enjoyed being at home.

We had a great stay at Santy’s place. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. A kitchen with all the items you’d need in the house. Restaurants and take away shops all within walking distance. One of the very few pet friendly Airbnb in Pune and I am sure it is the best too. Rex made this stay more enjoyable for us ..especially for my daughter.. Santy was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our stay. also guided us with local eateries and surroundings Highly recommended ! Thanks Santy

We had a very pleasant stay at Paradiso. Jitendra was very friendly and guided us to the place and beyond (with nearby places to visit) The property has been very well maintained and very clean. The interiors have been done very well and it gives out extremely positive vibes. Anyone planning to have a peaceful vacation, you must visit this. The place is away from Hustle Bustle of a town. The location of the property is the key differentiator. It is one of the few places where you are placed on a cliff overlooking the sea and picturesque view with no obstruction. Host was quite proactive and always available to help. The property was clean with all the necessary amenities, making us feel at home. Will definitely visit again.
