Beachfront Luxury bedroom apartment with unique sea view balcony, close to Nafplio in Kiveri village. Apartmetn is just on the beach, only few steps drive to a small beach. The apartment consist of a seperate bedrooom with double bed, a living room with full equipped kitchen, a single sofa bed and a duble sofa bed. It is an ideal location to relax on the sea and to visit in only few minutes away from Nafplio and the most ancient places in Argolis such as Mycenaes, Epidaurus, Tiryns, Argos.

Spacious, 115 m2 apartment with 3 bedrooms. Our apartment has an amazing view of Tolo bay. Located up in a small hill, 350 metres from the beach and seconds away from the bus station. There is air condition in every bedroom and a pedestal floor fan for the open living room space/ kitchen. There is NO PARKING available outside the property, but there is port free parking or you will find parking space around the neighbourhood. Our apartment is a newly built seafront penthouse that offers stunning views to the sea and walking distance to the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for a family/couple. The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

The view of Nafplio, the sea, the huge garden and the pool is outstanding! Lovely luxury villa, ideal destination for both summer and winter, overlooking the sea, barbecue and fireplace. It is 15 minutes drive from the city of Nafplio and 5 minutes from Tolo. It is fully air conditioned and has all the infrastructure (kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, microwave, Espresso machine, internet etc smart TV). At a distance of 3 minutes you will find one of the best beaches in the area, the famous Kondili.
