Tiny house is only 40 km away from Prague, the Capital of the Czech Rep. offers calm and relaxing stay. It is facing a forrest and will make you feel like in the middle of wilderness. It has a big garden with a dominant 100 years old oak. It is small, yet cosy and can host up to 4 people. It is in peaceful place in the middle of nature where you will feel immediately at home, while on holidays. You can visit a town of Kolín or Kutná Hora that are closeby, swim in a nearby lake or just chill.

Central house with charming garden

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located in a cultural heritage building in the very center of Unesco town Kutna Hora, you can experience how it is to stay in area where local people live, work and hang out. When you get tired of visiting sites, you can rest in the shade of a huge pear tree in a cute garden. The building is in process of renovation, the ground floor has new bathroom, new electricity and lights and has been painted.

Smrkovka je větší ségra Ondřejky, a proto se u ní můžete těšit na komfortních 20m2. Má rozdělenou ložničku s obývacím prostorem a koupelnou. Pro chladné dny jsou k dispozici minimalistická kamínka na dřevo, která zaručeně stačí. Nemusíte se bát, že Vám bude zima. Součástí Smrkovky je i terasa se zahradním nábytkem, ze které si můžete vychutnat nádherný výhled do okolí. A to vše jak za slunečného, tak i nepříznivého počasí zachumlaní pod dekou.

Perfect either for a family reunion, team building, or gathering with friends. You will be staying at the picturesque country house at Lake St. Lawrence (Vavrinec in Czech). The house (built in the 1870's) has a dock, spectacular sunrises over the lake and a neogotic church on the other side. It is the only house directly at the lake. Drive to Prague 45 minutes, Kutna Hora 15 minutes. Beautiful scenery, the Czech countryside at its best!
