Stylish House in Kunitachi City, Tokyo

Perfect for families or groups of friends. There are many restaurants, convenience stores, drugstores, etc. in the neighborhood, making it extremely convenient. There is also a free parking lot. Ten minutes' walk from the nearest Kunitachi Station, and you can arrive without turning once, so it is easy to find the location. The maximum number of guests is 11. This is the maximum number when two people sleep in a double bed. If one person sleeps in each bed, the maximum number of guests is 9.

The second floor is for guests only.

You have exclusive use of the entire second floor. Amenities include a private living room, kitchen, shower (available 24 hours a day), toilet, washer-dryer, refrigerator, and microwave. We accommodate only one group at a time. There are no shared spaces with other guests. The property is a two-story house. The guest area is located on the second floor. 1 bedroom 1 living room The host's living quarters are on the first floor. The entrance is the only shared area; there is no curfew.

"SUMIRE AOI HOUSE" is a small Japanese house. The basic structure of the house was designed in 1952 by Makoto Masuzawa, a leading architect in Japan. And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted. The area has some parks and fields, and it's leisurely. I can introduce nearby shops. Please spend your time like traveling daily life.
