The location is very quiet, but it is only a short walk (15-20 mins) or taxi ride to the bustle of the CBD. The property is a tastefully renovated 3-Bedroom (optional 4th Bedroom) cottage with a range of amenities to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. There is ample parking for at least four vehicles.

Best enjoyed with friends, all the toys for fun!

Just like a good wine, this centrally located holiday home at the north end of Waihi Beach with all the toys is best enjoyed with good friends and family. Great location, just mins walk from shops and beach plus local fav beachfront Flat White Café. Lots of extras (pool table, ping pong, volleyball and pétanque court, boat garage, bbq and outdoor area, PlayStation, unlimited wifi and Netflix) 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 10, perfectly set up for groups of family and friends.

Luxury Accommodation with Stunning Sea Views

Experience stunning ocean views from the comfort of this beachfront property with the popular Papamoa Beach just across the road. It is a short walk to the Surf Club , restaurants, Supermarkets and shops. The open -concept kitchen is well equiped with modern appliances. The decks are huge with large sliders opening on to them which creates an indoor / outdoor flow. There are 4 good size bedrooms, along with 3 full size bathrooms. A generous sized apartment with free Wi-Fi. [ultra fast broadband] Location is a key feature of this propery! Quiet upmarket residential street in Downtown Mount Maunganui. Walking distance to shops, hot pools, restaurants, bars, boutiques, four square supermarket, butcher, wineshop and has a private right of way to the beach. We share the private back yard & laundry areas and are very respectful of privacy. Off road parking a bonus for this location.
