J'ai passé un mois merveilleux dans cet appartement à Phnom Penh, et je ne peux que le recommander vivement ! Le logement est très bien situé, offrant un accès facile aux principaux points d'intérêt de la ville tout en étant dans un quartier calme et agréable. L'appartement est spacieux, moderne et très bien équipé, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour prolongé. La décoration est soignée, et l'ambiance est vraiment chaleureuse et accueillante. Notre hôte Michael a été absolument exceptionnel : très réactif et disponible pour répondre à toutes mes questions. Il m'a également donné de très bonnes recommandations pour découvrir la ville, ses restaurants ainsi que ses différentes attractions. Que vous soyez en voyage d'affaires ou en vacances, ce logement est idéal. Je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner si l'occasion se présente. Un grand merci à Michael pour sa gentillesse et son hospitalité !

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at this condo. It’s not right in the city center, but that’s exactly what made it so special. The location offers a more authentic Cambodian experience, surrounded by a quiet, safe neighborhood and a friendly local community. We loved exploring the nearby street market and experiencing daily life in a more relaxed setting. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our group. Everyone we met—both within the condo and in the neighborhood—was incredibly welcoming. A highlight of our stay was being invited to join the Cambodian New Year celebrations with local neighbors. It was such a memorable and heartwarming experience that made us feel truly at home. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay with a genuine local vibe, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended for families!

Très agréable séjour dans l appartement avec possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner et se restaurer au restaurant de la résidence, l appartement est situé dans un quartier vivant mais dans une rue très calme, le centre ville et les sites touristiques sont faciles d accès en Grab ou en Tuktuk. Merci à Michael et son équipe pour l accueil sympathique et les bons conseils pour explorer Phnom Penh !

Great stay, would come back. I liked the daily cleaning, bright street at night, convenient access to shops supermarkets restaurants and small bars, strong Wi-Fi, good water pressure and hot water, washing machine in the room, staff sat downstairs over night for security, easy check in and room extension, comfortable bed. Thanks!

The place was really nice and the staff was so nice and friendly! The rooms were big and very clean! We loved that the kitchen was stocked with dishes and cooking supplies so we could cook for ourselves.

A lovely apartment with a serene pool area that offers a much-needed escape from the craziness that is Phnom Penh. The apartment has a great balcony, decent internet, and a big dining room and kitchen. It's also a fairly central location -- near a big supermarket, a bunch of awesome restaurants, a cool independent movie house (Flicks -- check it out for sure) and an AWESOME Khmer boxing gym (Selapak -- which I'd also recommend checking out, even if you've never done fighting before). The staff was WONDERFUL -- super friendly doormen and housekeepers who made my stay a joy. The host is responsive, and helped me out with my requests for extra cooking equipment. Highly recommend!

The apartment was exactly as described. The location is very central — many key places in the city are within walking distance or just a short tuk-tuk ride away. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The large bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked well, and the weekly cleaning service was consistent. The balcony view was a nice bonus. The kitchen and washing machine made it convenient for a longer stay. The building felt quiet and secure, with 24/7 security adding extra peace of mind. I’d recommend it.

Coole, große Wohnung mit Balkon und Klimaanlage. Lage war in Ordnung, leider nicht so viele Bars, Cafés oder Restaurants in der Nähe, aber es gab einen süßen Kaffeestand gleich ums Eck. Küche war gut ausgestattet. Achtung: es gab keine Handtücher und keinen Föhn! Das Schlafzimmer war schön hell, das Wohnzimmer eher finster, da gerade Baustellenplanen vor den Fenstern sind (hat uns aber nicht gestört). Es war etwas hellhörig, aber auch nicht weiter tragisch. Waschmaschine am Dach hat super funktioniert, Waschmittel muss man aber selbst mitbringen (Wäscheleine auch da) - großes Plus: der geniale Ausblick dort oben! Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt!

Host was quick to respond and very flexible. They helped me solve an issue I had with the original booking and we're very kind to me and my friends. We loved staying here. The receptionist was also very ki and went above and beyond to help us communicate with our taxi driver. Definitely recommend!
