The Traveler

The Traveler features two bedrooms with full size and queen size beds, spacious living area with large flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, outdoor furniture in back patio, fully stocked breakfast kitchen and a full bathroom with shower. This home also has complimentary soda, coffee, tea, and bottled water, breakfast and snacks. We take great care in making everything perfect clean for our guests. Come and enjoy with your family and friends! Stay in our circa 1900 home in coal country Shamokin, PA. We have a combination of new and old throughout the house . Sit on the rear porch with your favorite beverage and admire the breathtaking view! Watch as the sun burns off the low lingering misty clouds in the morning or the shadows pass over the mountain in the evening as the sunsets. If you get tired of that enjoy a movie In our theater room, or sit around our kitchen table for family fun.

The Boathouse on Moon Lake

Quaint cottage overlooking Beurys Lake...or as my dad lovingly says..."its more like a shallow pond". For those who love a sweet quiet cottage get away with a gorgeous view, this is the perfect place for you. Kayaks and a small boat are here for your use...on my shallow, but pretty lake. Cottage has recently been renovated with love. 2 Queen bedrooms on main level…one with private full bath. Loft area has 2 twin beds…not navigable by very young kiddos or some adults (access is with a ladder)

The OakTree Farmhouse

Relax in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath custom Farmhouse next to Catawissa Creek for upto 9 guests. Have a seat on the extra wide log swing swaying from the beautiful Olde Oak Tree or you can sit on the patio & enjoy the surrounding sounds of the birds, crickets & cicadas. Maybe you’ll enjoy an evening campfire in the back yard equipped with plenty of firewood and creative recycled seating provided. We are near Knoebels, just a 6.7 mile drive. Rent The Magnolia next door if you need more room.

Located 1 mile from Pump House Weddings and B&B, 12mi from Bloomsburg. 19mi from Knoebels Amusement Resort and 40mi (1 hour) from Ricketts Glen State Park. Enjoy relaxing in this cozy, newly remodeled, refurnished farmhouse. Spacious yard with pond, in a quiet country setting. Beaver Run flows through the 30+ acre property. Beautiful walking paths and sport fishing opportunities. Spend time on the deck watching the wildlife that visit the pond. Plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.

Island House on the Susquehanna River

Come spend some relaxing time on an island in the Susquehanna River. Sit on the back patio and watch the river flow by. Take a short walk or drive to Shikellamy State Park to enjoy the walking/bike paths and boat launch areas (check boating season schedule by contacting the park before bringing your boat) or do some nature watching. Grab some food and drinks at the nearby Sunbury Social Club. Put up some tents in the backyard and enjoy the stars. Bring your kayaks and fishing poles!

Badman Hill

Old estate 1920 on 3 acres quiet neighborhood pastoral setting 3 miles from Shamokin Pennsylvania and I live just up the hill if needed. No one lives on the premises so you have sole occupancy WiFi 100meg good for 4 users at a time Please note additional pricing if your party is more than 4 or if you bring pets which we charge $35 per night per pet. pets are not counted as guests. if your party is a few more than eight (ie kids etc) we can try to provide an air mattress
