The Chickadee

Welcome to the chickadee, a tiny place to call home while you’re in Dawson City! Located right in the historic downtown district, you’ll be walking steps from fantastic coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Also nearby are walking, biking, and hiking trails! The house is thoughtfully designed with one spacious main room with a sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom w/ double bed, and a bathroom w/ shower. It’s also equipped with a washing machine and drying rack.

Klondike Kennel's Cabin

Nestled in a valley, alongside the Klondike River, our cozy, renovated, rustic cabin is a great way to experience a local off-grid, lifestyle. Come visit our Canadian Inuit dogs, be amazed by the northern lights or midnight sun and explore our multiple trails skijoring, snowshoeing, walking, x-country skiing or cycling. There is a traditional Mongolian yurt on the property as well as a growing orchard and permaculture farm. The property is in a peaceful, quiet valley 15 minutes from town.

Klondike Kamper

This Klondike Kamper is ideal for couples or small families with young children We have many days blocked off for maintenance, time away from home, etc., but can free up. Please message for availability. It is parked on our small acreage up the hill from Dawson City. Hiking trails right outside the door. We will be happy to give discount for children under 12. Two extra fold out beds in addition to the main bed. Larger group? Rent the cabin and/or more rooms as well. (Same property)

Modern, private micro studio in downtown Dawson City. Features a queen bed, walk-in shower, full kitchen, in-suite washer/dryer, and private entrance. It does not have a separate bedroom. Each stay includes one $25 gift card to Riverwest Bistro - a popular local cafe. Central, quiet, walkable location near shops, restaurants, and the Yukon River. Ideal for solo travellers or couples seeking comfort, simplicity, and convenience. Please note that this suite has Wifi, but no TV.

Cozy loft in West Dawson

Welcome to West Dawson where you can relax and enjoy nature after a busy day of exploring Dawson City. Located just up the hill on the other side of the Yukon river, you will get to enjoy a ride across river with the trusty George Black Ferry (running 24/7 free of charge). From the ferry landing it is just a two minute drive to reach the loft, or if you prefer, it can also be a nice walk.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We want to help people on a budget. We can only offer two rooms, living room and a washroom and hope this is what you are looking for…! We are 4 minutes from downtown on a beautiful acreage. Trail heads up the dome mountain right across the road. If you have a larger group, this space is on same property as other listings.

The Confluence House

The Confluence House is located in the beautiful Dawson City, Yukon close to where the Klondike River and Yukon River meet. The house is walking distances from all of the attractions Dawson has to offer. This house features three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a spacious living room with large windows. This is a family friendly property.
