This is a very unique property that is downtown, close to everything, but sits on a 1/2 acre, has tons of parking, and great views from almost every window!

Left of the residence & attached to the workshop your studio awaits your arrival. The park like setting patio has beautiful mountain views. The welcome book will be your guide to close by Siskiyou Lake activities w/ hiking, biking, golf & restaurants. It is 2 miles to town. Turn left up the driveway to your Cozy Studio.

Guest suite is 2 nd story w/private access. Magical ForestCore design. Primary Bedroom w/Queen bed, 1 bathroom W/shower & living room has a queen Pull down Murphy bed , 6 person dining & Kitchenette. Air mattress also available for more than 4 guest. Were on 3.5 acres on gravel road tucked in redwoods. Ample parking ,2 min walk to Smith River,10 min drive to hiking trails & Redwood national Parks. 20 min drive to beach. Horseback riding nearby for both forest & beach rides (requires Res)

The Ruby Rose - Coastal Cottage

This home features a large family room perfect for relaxing after a long day of surfing the Pacific Ocean. Peaceful cozy cottage with fishing and access to Fall and Tule Rivers, launch included. On private 375 acre family cattle ranch. We raise cows, pigs, ducks, and chickens. Winter snow, Spring animal babies every place you look, summer swimming, fishing, boating fire pit, star gazing, Fall Harvest, fresh fruits and vegetables to share, we process our gardens by canning, preserving, and cook cook cook. Agency Lake Front Apartment

Lakefront with beautiful view across Agency Lake to the mountains surrounding Crater Lake! This upstairs apartment has one good sized bedroom, with skylights, a desk area and a flat screen TV. A full kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, glasses and silverware, plus extras. A hide-a bed sofa is in the living room, with a comfortable reading area. The bathroom has a stand up shower. Loaner kayaks in summer months, sled in winter. 30 minutes to beautiful Crater Lake park boundary.

The Ranch House 30 minutes to Crater Lake

The Ranchouse is 30 minutes from Crater Lake Park south entrance. The listing info from Airbnb artificial intelligence says 1 hour. That is not correct. This is a two story house located on a cattle ranch with views of mountains and open fields all around. Pets are welcome . There is an additional $25 fee per pet. We also charge $15 per person per night after the first two guests . Our 1/2 bath consists of an outside porta potti. Clean and sanitary. We look forward to hosting you. Tim
