If you're looking for a unique way to experience nature that still offers the comforts of home, come see what Yurt Life is all about! Tucked away in a manzanita grove and perched on a cliff with the river below, the space offers privacy, views, and close access to the river. This little yurt packs a big punch: kitchenette, comfy lounge chairs, queen bed, table, wifi and ceiling fan. And rather than being a dreaded experience, the attached bathroom with epic views is one of the best features!

The studio is very private with views in every direction of trees, earth and sky (no other buildings in sight). Beautiful hand built log house nestled in the Cascade mountains of Southern Oregon. 15 minutes to Ashland, 20 minutes to Mt. Ashland Ski Area, and a three minute walk to Pacific Crest Trail. This home is a cozy, quiet getaway: surrounded by a 38 acre old forest w/ endless mountains and trails at your doorstep. You'll be just steps from a crystal clear private swimming hole in year-round Jones Creek. Drive 2 miles to picturesque swimming holes on the wild and scenic Smith River. Cozy Redwood Coast Dome

Experience nature in comfort in a glamping dome with an outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining. Please read all of the property description before booking. The property is in a redwood forest with a good size meadow for sunshine and flowers. It's a great base camp for exploring the beautiful beaches, Redwood forest and local cities of Trinidad and Arcata. Maximum 3 guests, or 4 guests if one or more guests are under 12.

Creative, fun, cozy Yurt

Our yurt is a place of tranquility & fun in the round. It’s a perfect for a romantic getaway or family vacation. You have private river access located next to the Strawhouse Cafe’ across the street where you can swim, fish, relax, and/or hike nearby trails. The kitchen has a mini fridge, air fryer, toaster oven, induction plate & microwave and is stocked with cups, plates, silverware, etc. Charcoal BBQ is in share area outside.

Myrtle's Yurt

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. No phone, no tv and no internet help you get away. Your cell may or may not get coverage here. (For urgencies, wifi/landline available in my main house). Private yurt with two shared bathrooms in an outbuilding. Please note, this is CAMPING with a bed. It can be hot, it can be cold, there may be bugs, there is no electricity, and no running water in the yurt.

Heartland Treehouse

Heartland Treehouse is perched between two massive fir trees overlooking a steep river canyon. Sounds of a nearby waterfall will soothe you to bed at night and gently wake you in the morning. My home is a short walk or drive away and I will be happy to help guide your adventure on Oregon's South Coast. Your treehouse home is secluded, comfortable, and perfect for getting blissed out and recharged.
