A modern, bright and family friendly home in a small town on a cul-de-sac road, where children can ride their bikes and the neighbours are friends. Walking distance to grocery store, football field and playground. Close to the old village path Norðagøta-Leirvík over the mountain. Additionaly there is walking distance to a museum, and a cozy asian buffet restaurant. Enjoy our beautiful living room view of our town council architectural pearl and Gøta church surrounded by mountans and the ocean.

Villa med fantastisk udsigt

Familievenlig villa fra 2019 placeret for enden af vejen i et nyopført villa kvarter, hvor naboerne er vores venner. Boligen er beliggende i den lille charmerende landsby Syðrugøta, hvor der både er strand, legeplads og fodboldbane. Det tager 25-30 min at køre til Tórshavn og 15 min til Klaksvík. Udenfor har vi sydvendt have med trampolin, og en stor terasse med spiseplads til aftensolen. Udover de fire soveværelser, har vi et ekstra værelse i stueetagen, med sovesofa.

Nyd Klaksvik i dette dejlige hus med fantastisk udsigt. Huset har tre værelser, to med dobbeltseng og et med en enkelt seng. To toiletter, hvoraf det ene har har en brusekabine. Stort og rummeligt køkken alrum, trådløs internet og chromecast. Her er vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, og også mulighed for at få plads i en fryser. Lækkert klaver, så du kan slappe af imens du sidder og spiller.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This is one of the oldest houses in town, built in 1886. It has been tastefully renovated, yet keeping the cozy feel of the former times.
