Originally built in 1930, we have recently remodeled the space. The Cottage is a close walk from downtown, CWU and the rodeo grounds. We offer a full kitchen, double-headed shower and wonderful outdoor spaces complete with BBQ and outdoor lighting. The Cottage offers an abundance of natural light and custom touches to enjoy.

It’s close enough to everything, but far enough in the tranquility of the woods. 10 minutes to DT Cle Elum. 15 minutes to DT Roslyn. 20 minutes to Suncadia. 1hr 30min to Seattle.

The former art studio of Louis Kollmeyer still holds the artist's charm and creativity but updated for your stay in our rodeo city. Bring your dogs to run free in the fenced pastures, relax on the comfy couch, & enjoy meals on the weather-protected porch. The driveway is a pull through so trailers are welcome. We have one security camera recording the driveway.
