Quiet, relaxing space in Kits Point

We are located in beautiful Kits Point just a few blocks to the beach and many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoy a leisurely stroll to Granville Island or hop on an aqua bus to take you to the West End. A nice half hour to 45 walk from our home will take you downtown. The bus stop is a convenient 5 minute walk. ALTHOUGH THE SUITE DOES NOT HAVE A KITCHEN it has a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and kettle as well as dishes and utensils. Unsuitable for children under 5.

Perfect Location! Near beach, Parking & quiet private suite and small garden. Walk down the hill to a quiet calm beach or walk 5/10 minutes to lively Kits beach and Yew St coffee shops, restaurants, take out and Street cafes. 10 minute walk to W. 4th Ave with Italian, French, Mexican, Middle Eastern restaurants, retail stores, groceries & pubs/bars. Downtown, UBC 15- 20 minutes by bus! The bus is 1 block away and (cleaning with antibacterial/disinfectants for your safety.) One largish room.

Located in Kits, steps away from shops, grocery stores restaurants & bus stops. This 1 bedrm suite offers a separate entrance, kitchenette for simple reheating of food , Instapot,hotplate for light cooking, washer dryer,a bathtub in the bathroom for relaxing and unwinding after a full day of exploring the city. Very close to downtown, this location is ideal. Granville Island foot ferry takes you toScience Centre, Sunset Beach near Stanley Park, Granville Island, Yaletown, BC Place stadium, the Aqua Centre, and downtown. The hop on hop off bus stop is close by. Moby rental bikes are at the end of the street and tennis racquets are available on request. Travelling on business? New lovely private home away from home. Large window facing north. New house. A private entrance leads directly to the room, private en-suite with a glass walk-in rain shower and hand shower. In the heart of a very quiet Kitsilano neighbourhood, one of the City’s most convenient and popular areas surrounded by many great eateries, stores and transportation routes within a block or two. UBC closeWi-Fi included. Please note there is a basic coffee/tea service and a mini fridge, no kitchen.
