Cozy, spacious and bright house (Kordoni holiday home) is truly private and perfect for nature lovers, around is the sea. It is situated in Muratsi village on Vani peninsula. The place is close to Kuressaare, about 8km from city center. In the house there is everything you may need for carefree vacation (kitchen with all the necessary equipment). Wood-heated sauna with view to sea and large terrace for relaxing on second floor. Fireplace on living room.There are 2 bicycles for you, to use.

Suurepärane koht akude laadimiseks, kus on võimalik aega veeta oma lähedastega, seda kas tubaselt teleri ees või 10m2 suurusel hubasel rõdul päikest nautides. Toredate seikluste otsijatele on lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel kesklinn, Kuressaare loss, suurepärased maitseelamused, park, rand jpm. Tule veeda oma puhkus puhtas looduses männimetsade vahel, kus meri on vaid 5 min jalutuskäigu kaugusel! Kutsume Sind 2-toalisesse majaosasse, üldpinnaga ca 25 m2. Majaosal on eraldi sissepääs ning koosneb esikust, köögist, magamistoast ja elutoast (ilma aknata). Sobilik 2 täiskasvanule ja 2 lapsele. Magamistoas on kaheinimese voodi, elutoas diivanvoodi. Köögis on olemas kõik söögitegemiseks vajalik, samuti on grillimisvõimalus õuealal. Lastele mänguväljak koos liumäe ja batuudiga.

Kuuse metsamaja asub keset kaunist Saaremaa loodust. Võta aeg maha kuulates oja vulinat või nautides vaadet tiigile ja metsale. Majas on kõik puhkuseks vajalik ning magamiskohti on kuni 9 inimesele (7 kohta teisel korrusel ja 2 kohta alumisel). Saunasid on lausa 2 ning saunast saab hüpata jahutuseks otse tiiki. Peaceful Kivima guesthouse near Kuressaare

We offer a quiet and cozy little house only 3 km away from Kuressaare. It is a good holiday spot for couples, friends, solo travelers as well as families. It is more convenient to reach us by car. The guest house includes a relaxing wood heated sauna (1x15€). It is surrounded by a garden with plenty of grass-space for outdoor games. There is also a bicycle road that leads straight to Kuressaare from just behind the house. It is also possible to rent some bikes (2) from us.

My little happy place

This is the perfect place to relax in nature, surrounded by numerous beautiful lakes and the sea. The closest lake and seaside are less than 1 km from the property, and just 3 km away you’ll find a stunning white sandy beach with crystal-clear blue waves. Nearby are the Vilsandi National Park and the iconic abandoned Kiipsaare lighthouse. This location offers plenty of freedom and fresh air—so much so that even nature itself comes here to take a vacation!

Tucked away among the trees, this unique small house provides you with a comfortable bed, an outside kitchen and access to a beautiful greenhouse shower. The area outside has a campfire pit, a hammock and a sheltered sitting area, and invites you to take a rest and enjoy the solitude. It is located on a vibrant small-scale homestead with vegetable garden, farm animals and greenhouses.
