One bedroom apartment, situated in Aviemore in the Cairngorms National Park. Additional sleeping arrangements for more than 2 guests or guests wanting separate rooms: Summer house/cabin in the garden. This has a single or double bed. All amenities are in the house. A booking of 3+ guests is required to open the cabin to cover costs. Good access to to public transport, town centre and the outdoors. Located in a quiet neighbourhood with off road parking. Big garden getting the sun most of the day.

The property has an enclosed private garden and a shared driveway for 2 cars. Aviemore town and shops are a 10 min stroll down a lovely quiet lane, banked by views of the mountains and the Strathspey Steam Railway. The railway runs close to the bottom of the garden and is perfect for children (and adults !) to wave at the driver. One dog welcome

Close to cycle and walking routes and only 7 minutes walk into the town centre, it makes the perfect starting point for exploring the area. The property is furnished to a high standard and comprises an open plan living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, family bathroom, double bedroom, and twin bedroom. One house trained dog welcomed @ £25 per stay.
