A unique very light airy studio flat with beds to accommodate 5 people(family or couple). Well located/great access to local beaches, 14 min drive to Salcombe, Bantham, Bigbury, Hope Cove, 25min toTotnes/rail to London. Wifi, TV, DVD. Peaceful & calm. The double mezzanine bed is up a steep ladder and has very restricted head height so requires some agility. The two single bed pods are comfortable. The lower bed pod; suitable for a child/teen has restricted head height. It has free street parking

We hope you will love the house for its fantastic views and a kitchen that is a dream to cook and entertain in. Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.
