Enjoy fun filled days exploring all the local area has to offer & return to relax in the garden. A stones throw from the artisan Post Office Café Gallery serving barista coffee & delicious daily specials. Loch Insh offers year round activities & its Boathouse Restaurant are accessible on foot. Our local pub The Suie provides a warm & welcoming atmosphere.

Wildcat Lodge Cairngorms Retreat

Aviemore, Kincraig, Kirkbeag

Kirkbeag, an old church converted to a very high standard, is located on the Aviemore side of Kincraig, nestled in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park. It is ideally suited to big family groups. It sits beside the B9152 within walking distance of the village pub & close to Loch Insh Watersports Centre and all the activities available on Alvie Estate. It has a large garden set in forest with direct access to the Speyside Way which provides cycle/walking access to Aviemore (all offroad).

Little Birch Cabin (STL licence number Hl-70188-F)

Little Birch Cabin is surround by fantastic scenery and wildlife. We are beside the RSPB Insh Marshes nature reserve and the beautiful Cairngorm mountains. The cabin backs onto a large forest leading into Glenfeshie the Cairngorms and beyond. Red Squirrels, Badgers, Pine martins, Crested Tits and many more are frequent visitors to the garden. Loch Insh is 3 miles away. Highland wildlife park is a superb nearby attraction. It is an ideal location for all nature lovers, walkers and cyclists.

The Old School, Insh

This self catering cottage was originally a rural school built about 1830. The cottage is situated on the edge of the village of Insh in Strathspey with the Cairngorm Mountains on one side and the Monadhliath Mountains to the west. The cottage adjoins the famous Insh Marshes Bird Reserve. There are several good golf courses nearby. fishing is also available and the whole area is very scenic and perfect for walking. Three miles away is beautiful Loch Insh where water sports are available.

Additionally there is a large utility space and a storage area available to cater for your self-catering holiday in the Highlands of Scotland.

The house has been recently refurbished with the finest luxury furnishings.

Located just minutes from the centre of the Highland village of Kingussie our family friendly house is within easy walking distance of local shops, the supermarket, pubs and cafes. With access to the mountains on the doorstep it's a wonderful base for holidays and a ideal location to explore the wider Cairngorm National Park. We are pet friendly and welcome up to two well behaved pets.

Suidhe Crescent is our family second home, my mother’s roots and has been sympathetically renovated to its mid-century era. With a wood and coal burning stove at the heart of living in this house. Kincraig is a short distance between Aviemore and Kingussie, the charm of the village provides a peaceful and quaint place to stay. With the Cairngorm national park literally on your doorstep. A three bedroom house with garden and parking for multiple cars.

Zippity-Do-Da House has been individually designed and built by your hosts George and Gillian and is set amidst the stunning scenery of the Cairngorm National Park. The split level house is on 5 levels with lovely light and great views. The house provides flexible family accommodation, as well as fabulous scenery and is close to all local amenities. Cinema Room and Hot Tub. Please note: no bookings from Stag or Hen parties.

Riverside Hideaway

Riverside Hideaway is a quirky, modern hideaway above our garage, styled with a light, fresh feel. Set at the end of a short track on the banks of the River Spey, it’s a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. Watch ospreys, explore miles of forest tracks and cycle routes, enjoy snow sports in the Cairngorms, or paddle Loch Insh and the Spey. Calm and relaxing, with adventure right outside the door.
