The Oat Box Converted Horsebox North Coast Ireland

Set on private farmland on an elevated site, The oat box provides a luxurious haven of peace and tranquility to escape from the world for a little while. Our 1968 Bedford TK Horse Lorry has been lovingly converted into guest accommodation for 2 adults using repurposed materials to create a cosy, welcoming hideaway. It is the perfect base to explore the panoramic North Coast of Ireland with its many tourist attractions. There are a great selection of restaurants and quality coffee shops nearby.

Aunt Bessie's Cottage

Come and enjoy this spacious, serene space in the Northern Irish countryside surrounded by the sound of birdsong. Aunt Bessie's cottage is a recently refurbished 200 year old cottage with an American connection, modern amenities and historical features. It is located in the countryside outside the village of Kilrea, a short distance from the Giant's Causeway and other North Coast attractions. It is centrally located with the cities of Belfast and Londonderry an hour's drive from the property.

This home really need to be seen to be appreciated in its full entirety. Enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace and watch the sun set over the Whiterocks, take romantic walks along the beach or head into Portrush (1 mile away) for a night to remember. Once you stay one or two nights you will want to come back again.

Rusheyhill wildflower meadows.

Rusheyhill Loft, is in Rusheyhill Apiary, a private eco-friendly conservation/biodiversity/project. We keep and breed the native Irish Honeybee. We have 10 acres of wildflower meadows and forest in a secluded rural location near Ballymoney and only a short distance from the famous North Coast. The loft is the only guest house and is detached from the main house. It’s large 8mx1.5m picture window has uninterrupted views and isn’t overlooked.
