Within walking distance, discover local wineries, visit farms, sample food (Mosie’s & Red Barn), or sample what's on tap at Junction Cider Orchard. Butchart Garden is minutes away. There are a variety of hiking trail networks to explore. Access to Hartland bike park is only 5mins away by bike. Enjoy a swim, bring your fishing rod, and get out on the water.

This 1 bedroom cottage is nestled on the hillside at the water’s edge. As you walk the steps down to the private cottage take in the panoramic ocean views. It has recently been renovated from top to bottom. *Please note that a new house is being built next door, so there may be residential construction noise during the day.

The Cove at Otter Point is a luxury oceanfront vacation rental with 180 degree breathtaking views of the Juan de Fuca Strait west of Sooke, B.C. This 3600 sq. ft. contemporary home is perfect for families or couples wanting an authentic west coast experience. Please note that we are at capacity for weddings and events for 2027 at this time unless the guest list includes only persons staying on the property. We will not be hosting weddings in 2028.
