Mary River farm cottage

The Cottage has one bedroom with a queen bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom and a small kitchen, with a gas BBQ on verandah. Its suitable for a small family. It has Air-con. The farm has a herd of cows and some cultivated fields. There is a kilometer of Mary River frontage with bird, rare lungfish, frogs and platypus. There are large areas of scenic bush walking. Our place is dog friendly, but prefer the dog to stay outside in the secure enclosure on verandah.

Escape to Cowboy Cabin in the Noosa Hinterland

As you enter through the underpass onto the farm your little cabin is nestled on the grassy hillside overlooking the dam, mountains and train line. As they have done for the past 130 years the trains toot to herald their arrival to town. You have now entered your own little piece of paradise to relax and enjoy. A short stroll to town along a quiet, shady road will bring you to the village of Cooran with a coffee shop, general store, restaurant & brewery.
