Built as a DIY project, this tiny 190 Square Ft (sqft) home is constructed with a uniquely crafted design sitting on a secluded private(ish) beach. Be it for honeymoons, baby-moons, anniversaries or random get-aways, this home is perfect for couples who are looking to form beautiful memories in a unique location.

Our new home named "Fresh Breeze Villa" situated close to Mtwapa - approx. 20 kms to the north of Mombasa - is a flourishing and secured oasis surrounded by bougainvillea nearby a creek. This annexe to the main house is especially convenient for couples or singles with a limited budget, looking for a clean and quiet accommodation with some privacy. Or it can be booked in combination with the bedroom in the main house e.g. for families with older kids or clients who need an additional room.

Little Bali Bofa

'Little Bali Bofa’ is a traditional Balinese Joglo or wooden house built in teak and local mvule. It’s one large open-planned room is perfect for a couple on a romantic getaway or an individual in need of an escape into Nature. With a separate kitchen and toilet/shower room which all sit in its own compound within the walls of the ‘Bulloch House’ property but is completely private and secure. A two minute walk to the Beach and a 15 minute drive to Salty's for Kitesurfing and cocktails.

Coastal Cottage

We have two uniquely different, open plan, self contained, one bedroomed cottages at Watamu Beach Cottages. The cottages, which are each found in different sections of the property, are surrounded by lush, indigenous forest trees with private, fenced off gardens where you can unwind and relax. They are both spacious, offering you ample room for a comfortable stay. It's just a short walk down to the beach. *We also offer a variety of other unique accommodation choices at our resort.
