Sue and William are exceptional hosts - warm, accommodating and always willing to go the extra mile. The house is itself stunning - clean, neat and cozy and fully equipped with everything you could need, making it feel like a true home away from home, ensuring a seamless, hassle-free stay from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better! The house offers stunning views, is just a 5-minute walk to the beach and a short drive to Sussex Inlet. Thank you, Sue and William—we had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our stay in this lovely two bedroom home right on the canal in a quiet location was perfect. There is a tennis court and swimming pool at the site and the parking is very convenient right out front. The area is quiet and relaxing. The home is very clean and tidy it has every convenience you could need and very close to town. Will definitely stay again.

The 1960’s vibe of the house is fantastic. The location is brilliant with beaches near by and a very short drive into the local shops and various places to eat. The upstairs portion of the house with all round views is wonderful, bring your binoculars to make the most of it.

We couldn’t fault this beautiful seaside home. The position on Mossy Point is amazing. The house is extremely well appointed and has so much charm and character. There was nothing missing in the kitchen, the rooms are styled beautifully and are practical with great storage for clothing etc. There are even boogie boards for the beach. Nothing is forgotten. The whole place is very comfortable and we immediately felt at home. Mark and Kathy are terrific hosts. So proactive, responsive and generous. We loved staying with our family and would highly recommend this beautiful character beach house. 5 stars!!

The house was incredible for our Easter weekend away. Renee left us with a nice touch of placing Easter eggs around the house and little bunny footprints. The beds were incredibly comfy and we would 100% book the house again!

I took my son and family to this awesome spot, and we had a blast! It’s super peaceful, right by a beautiful water reserve—perfect for chilling, kayaking (they provide kayaks and life jackets!), or having a fish right off the property. The house is big and comfy, with three bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a killer verandah for BBQs and river views. The fenced backyard was great for my son, and there’s even a basketball court and park next door that we loved. It’s close to beaches like narrawallee beach too. Honestly, such a fun, relaxing getaway—we can’t wait to go back!

Jo is a wonderful host! Very friendly and welcoming from the get go, we were very impressed by the lux feel and the overall aesthetic of her home. Could not fault the cleanliness standards she keeps or the amenities available to make your stay a comfortable and easy experience (washer/dryer/dishwasher etc) Couldn’t ask for a better view or location either right on the water and in a quiet but central location.

Accommodation could not fault, quiet are on the edge of town but still only a short walk into the town. Would highly recommend.

Stay in sussex was really great, it was a family trip and the environment, location, the house was really good. We all had a great time. Mainly the location is really good, just in front of the water, close to the markets and also all the amenities were available.

Wonderful and relaxing stay. Close to some nice beaches and towns with good hospitality venues. Would absolutely return.

Wendy’s place was so lovely and comfortable, the back porch in the sun with a drink was to die for! The view was so pretty! Wendy was a great host and welcomed us with a cute sign with our names on it which was such a nice touch! We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place, well presented and easy to find with all you need to keep the kids entertained and local restaurant was delicious. Will def be back if we’re back down there again. Michele and Darren were great and made it very easy in every way thanks again!!

We loved our stay at Calm Waters. Very central to shops & restaurants, we loved swimming in the river opposite at high tide, mooring the boat out front & being able to take our dog! It was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend.

We very much enjoyed our stay and it was lovely looking out on the water. Very comfortable accommodation.

We had such a beautiful experience. Amazing space in such a wonderful location. Surrounded by all that green and nature and lake. We didnt leave the space, exactly where we wanted to park and enjoy some down time for a couple of days. The spa was so good. A bonfire to warm us up one eve and just an overall peaceful tranquil time. Already planning to come back! Thanks for sharing your space.

We had the most relaxing weekend at this beautiful little cottage. Clean, cosy and with all the luxuries you need. Felt like we were a million miles away. Cailtlin was the perfect host and very responsive. We definitely will be back.

What an amazing place. The cottage was clean and incredibly comfortable. Tobi's communication was excellent & we really enjoyed the delicious home baked biscuits left for us. The house backs onto the lake and we enjoyed the basin walk alongside the lake. The house is private, quiet and peaceful. We even had the pleasure of waking up to a beautiful mob of kangaroos resting on the back lawn. We enjoyed our breakfast with them. They weren't phased by us at all. We can't wait to return for another peaceful getaway.

Bonnie Doon is such an idyllic cottage. It is packed with all the essentials but that sourdough is just something else - one of the best that we’ve ever had! The weather was dreary during our stay but the house was just so amazing that the kids had no problems staying in at all. There were lots of books and games to keep them busy. Bec was also such a great host to deal with. She was very communicative and welcoming so that made our stay even more pleasant. Thanks, Bec, for sharing your cottage with us. We’ll be back for sure!

A beautifully appointed place a stones throw from the beach! Great for four adults and two kids for our Easter beach trip. Nicky and Anita were very helpful and communicative hosts. Would 10/10 recommend!
