We have lots of wood for the fire in winter, the outdoor bath is wonderful for stargazing & the (shared) swimming pool heaven on a hot day. A gentle leisurely stroll to Mosquito bay boat ramp and Cafe 366, or head in the opposite direction over the hill to Malua Bay surf beach. A 10 minute drive North to Batemans Bay or South to Broulee. The Garden Bay Beach shack is a self contained, downstairs unit with all mod cons and built for couples, but can accommodate a small child as an extra. Excellent romantic retreat.

Find peace & tranquility in this sweet & stylish space with views of a lake, forest & farmland. Experience solitude & privacy with only a small distant cottage in sight. Swim in the river, see the stars at night, Roos at dusk & dawn and a few cows. It is off-grid with solar power and water must be carted in. For the hot days there is an air cooler ( no Aircon), it always cools down at night. No heater inside but it is never too cold in winter. Firewood provided. Cooking on bbq outside! 😊

There is a flights of stairs, (22 steps), down to the Red Room. Only 1,2 km to town (15 min walk), yet secluded and surrounded by dense greenery on the edge of a nature reserve of bush land.
