The Cottage on Dhurringile

Purpose built as a gallery and tea rooms, the cottage has been converted into spacious, open living accommodation. The cottage boasts a large private outdoor paved area with fire pit and bbq. Close to town and walking distance to golf course. Off street parking for two vehicles. Perfect retreat for couples. *STR tax does not apply

Sellwood Cottage

Situated in the quiet town of Tatura, in the Goulburn Valley, is Sellwood Cottage. A beautiful reminder of yesteryear with modern amenities for your convenience. The Cottage consists of 2 large bedrooms, lounge featuring a log gas fire and fully renovated kitchen, featuring the old combustion stove. French double doors lead from the renovated laundry (and bathroom) onto a stunning back veranda/entertaining area, complete with ceiling fan. Your stay at Sellwood Cottage will not disappoint.

Cosy 1 bedroom farm stay guesthouse

Relax in this cosy guest house with spacious surrounds. The guest house is close to the main house but with private outlook and places to explore along the seasonal creek and open paddocks . Close to Euroa There is a kitchenette with small bar fridge and microwave. PLEASE DO NOT USE PORTABLE COOKING DEVICES IN THE GUEST HOUSE for safety reasons. BBQ facilities and campfire pit are available in front of the guest house however fire pit not available from November due to fire restrictions

"Villacostalotta" bringing 1885 to the present.

Located in the township of Longwood, a 5 minute walk to the White Hart Hotel. Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Close to towns of Nagambie, Avenel and Euroa. Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.

Tastefully styled to ensure you have a comfortable stay with 3 bedrooms; main with ceiling fan & queen bed, bedroom 2 with queen bed, bedroom 3 with bunks, cot & S/S R/C A/C. Cosy lounge with wood heater & S/S R/C A/C & ceiling fans & ducted evap A/C in most of the home. Kitchen/dining is well equipped to your needs.

Studio 237 Private self contained Apt/Balcony

Studio 237 is a modern, self contained apartment upstairs with private balcony. A BBQ is supplied on the balcony as well as limited cooking facilities in the kitchen including convection/microwave oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher. The pantry is stocked tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc. internet is provided free of charge plus Netflix on smart TV. A washing machine is located under the staircase for use with a clothes horse stored in cupboard.

Just 2 hours from Melbourne, on 65 acres in the sprawling Strathbogie Ranges, Maggies Lane Barn House is a romantic one bedroom couples escape (not suitable for children). Unwind in our thoughtfully designed, off-grid luxury retreat. The area is teeming with Australian wildlife, flowing creeks, native birds, bush and rocky outcrops. Warm up by the wood fire, enjoy the views and the beautifully appointed interiors.

Step off the streets of Shepparton and enter this private backyard with your own unique space, close the door to the outside world and let the ambience engulf you . Enjoy the garden and picture yourself having a cuppa (or wine) at the breakfast bar overlooking a quiet and peaceful garden. Feel free to access the garden and maybe pick some herbs for dinner that night.
