Utilities Included Electricity and water are included in the booking, so you won’t have to worry about additional expenses during your stay. 5. Drinking Water We provide free drinking water through a high-quality filtration system (please note that tap water in Thailand is not potable). Also, the cooler machine with free 19L drinking water bottle supplied by well-known water supply company. 6. Swimming Pool Enjoy the 16-meter swimming lap pool, complete with sunbeds and a sunbathing area for sunset views. 7. You are allowed to use facilities such as swimming pools, gym, beachfront area, sunbeds, of our 2 hotels: Kokotel Lighthouse and Kokotel Montana. Please Note: As this property is a home for short and long-term rentals, not a hotel, there are a few services we do not provide: Cleaning Services We do not offer daily cleaning, but you can arrange cleaning for THB 2,000 per session (including linen and towel change). Cleaning services are provided through Kokotel Khao Lak Montana, and you can contact them directly for assistance. We do provide free weekly cleaning for booking more than 10 days. Breakfast We do not offer breakfast, but you can easily walk to the fresh market for a variety of options. Supplies We do not provide daily supplies such as tissues, garbage bags, etc. During your stay, you will need to visit the supermarket for these essentials. It is very well furnished with a very comfortable mattresses and high-quality linens and towels. The mountain view balcony with seating is facing Khaolak Sunrise mountain (the most beautiful view).
