This is a great place to stay right next to the beach. Great location surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and pharmacy. Rooms were near and clean and all the amenities were listed correctly. Very easy to access. Host Tau was extremely kind, sweet, responsive and proactive. She provided us clear instructions and attended to all our needs immediately. Highly recommended ❤️

Great apartment for the money. Has a laundry down stairs. Has a great pond which is deep for the fish to swim in. Could be more fish Very comfy bed and AC. Very strong wifi, I saw many digital nomads working there. Would recommend anyone to stay as the location is amazing, close to many Korean supermarket

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft abseits vom Chaos und Lärm der Altstadt. Wir haben es sehr genossen an den Reisfeldern spazieren zu gehen und in der Nähe gab es süße Cafés zum Verweilen. Die Unterkunft ist super, sehr groß, alles wie beschrieben und eine sehr gute Klimaanlage. Wir sind mit einem Grab innerhalb von ein paar Minuten in die Stadt gefahren für 1-2Euro, weil es bei der Hitze im April mit Fahrrad sehr anstrengend geworden wäre und wir wollten keinen eignen Roller mieten, was hier aber sicherlich möglich gewesen wäre. Wir können es von Herzen empfehlen und würden es definitiv wieder buchen, vielen Dank für alles :)

We had a great stay at Trang's place The apartment is modern, clean and has everything you need. Looks just as on the pictures with a beautiful view from the balcony. The whole building/block is massive but well maintained and in a perfect location. There is also security downstairs but not like it matters as everywhere around feels save. Trang arranged for someone to pick us up from the airport and she replies quickly in case you need anything. I highly recommend if you are considering this apartment.

Anna's place is a wonderful! Great location, peaceful, spacious, and excellent value for money. Host was very responsive. I'd definitely stay here again. A great find!

fantastic apartment close to beach in nice friendly neighborhood . was great having a washer in unit very convenient. full kitchen altough food so cheap to order, you can still cook what you want or have dietary needs. wifi good. no noise quiet place ,rooftop for suntanning and hanging laundry only cons bed a bit hard and no microwave otherwise perfect stay

Wir haben hier über zwei Monate verbracht und uns zu Hause gefühlt. Anfangs war die laute Hauptstraße und (bis zum Schluss) das sehr harte Bett gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Nähe zum Strand sowie zum empfehlungswerten Stand "Banh My Chay Tâm Tri" und dem Bac My An Markt mit seinem legendären Kem Bo (Avocado-Eis) haben dies aber mehr als wettgemacht. Die jungen Angestellten des hauseigenen Café "Seven Days Coffee" waren immer sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr willkommen war uns auch die wöchentliche Reinigung und der Austausch von Bettzeug & Handtüchern. Das Apartment war modern und eher nach westlichen Standards ausgestattet z. B. Induktionsherd. Wer häufig selber kochen möchte, kommt aber mit nur einer Herdplatte und der Grundausstattung (bei längeren Aufenthalten) an seine Grenzen. Da das Essen in Vietnam aber so günstig ist, waren wir aber meist essen (Straßenstände mit Plastikstühlen oder lokale Märkte - lokal, lecker, günstig, authentisch) oder haben uns etwas mit GrabFood bestellt. Gerne wieder!

We really enjoyed Brian's spacious flat. The pool and billiards area is stylish and attractive, a wonderful place to hang out. It was partially open to the outside but provided indoor privacy as well. The same can be said of the foyer outside the living room. It's nice to have some non air conditioned spaces for cooler days. The Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all air conditioned, spacious and luxurious, several with balconies. The showers are huge and superb. The immediate surroundings can seem a bit scruffy, as this area is experiencing a good deal of development, but the neighborhood is actually quite lively and charming and less impacted by tourism. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. You're just steps from the bay at the base of Son Tra, with its dazzling array of fishing boats. Finally, Brian provides two bicycles that we used everyday to explore Danang. Really, we had a great time at this flat and weren't ready to leave when our stay was up.

please was overall very nice and the host was incredibly nice and responsive. very impressive response rate and speed, and he went above and beyond, helped us organize tours, and offered flexible check in/out. The pool was very nice and the rooms/bathrooms were modern and well maintained. Very close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Overall a great place to stay. main complaints/feedbay is: (1) there are lots of construction going on and it's very noisy during the day. hanging out by the pool was a bit unpleasant because of that. but this might be a problem for any Airbnb in the area (2) kitchen didn't have clean sponges/rags (we had to go out and buy some).

There was plenty of room in this unit for our a family of four. It is located outside of the hustle and bustle of the Hoi An Old Quarter and An Bang Beach, but both are easily accessed via Grab. The closest grocery store we found, Moonmilk, was a few km away. The photos of the interior of the accommodation are accurate, but I would describe it as being located in an "up and coming" development. The landscaping directly across from the unit is very pretty and well maintained, but the rest of the development lacks a bit of luster. There is some traffic noise with two of the bedrooms located next to a heavily traveled four lane road. At the time of our stay, the air conditioner in the main living space was not working, but we were told it is awaiting a parts shipment. Fans were provided in place of the air conditioner, which were appreciated.

Beautiful, peaceful, tranquil, serene homestay. The hosts were wonderful, so responsive with every request. The space was divine, so clean and stunning interiors. When I arrived I felt like I had entered a eucalyptus forest. From the shower and hand soaps to the pristine bedding and pillows.. even the fan and air conditioning unit were quiet. The area, the beach, the restaurants, Mr Hoas food, the cosy corner for breakfast. I loved every second of my stay and will return as soon as travel again to Vietnam. Thank you so much for creating what can only be described as “heaven”

Staying at Thuy’s home was a relaxing and restorative experience. We felt immediately at ease amongst the rice fields slowly being harvested throughout our stay. We were consistently wowed by the contemporary interiors and ample social space (many hours spent in the pool away from the heat of the day). The bedrooms were generous and gave our small group time space away while the big central atrium was a brilliant way to call out to each other for a morning coffee. An Mỹ is only a short ride away from the centre of Hội An and offers a slower pace than the busy historic centre. There are great coffee places within a 2 minute bike ride (we loved Coffee Xóm Chiêu). Cycling along the rice paddies during the sunset was like being in a film; kites flying, water buffalo strolling the fields, and farmers bundling dried rice. We can’t wait to be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The premises hold a large well kept garden and a traditional Hoi Anese house that has been modernised. There was lots of space and it was all very clean and comfortable. This is definitely a more unique place to stay than the other options in the same neighborhood. We'll be back!

I recently stayed at a lovely property in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. The host, Frank, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness made a big difference. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch—spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property also had some thoughtful touches that added to the experience. While the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, it’s still very convenient. Using Grab made it easy and affordable to get around, so I never felt disconnected from the action. In fact, being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle was a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang! It’s a gem, and Frank’s hospitality makes it even better.

10th floor with balcony overlooking the vast ocean. This beautiful condo provided the relaxation and healing that I was looking for. The beautiful and caring host made my stay in this foreign town so perfect. I extended my stay and would stay longer if it just were available. Now, i have a special place to come back to. My recommendations for Kathy's condo are only above and beyond all others. Thank you.

I stayed a couple of nights at their 2 bedroom apartment. This is located just 1Km away from the iconic Japanese bridge. The apartment was extremely clean and as expected with the mentioned amenities like fridge , washing machine , dryer , a lovely rooftop pool. Highly recommended

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter (6 Jahre) hier und waren alle begeistert. Die Aussicht ist richtig toll, die Umgebung bietet beste Unterhaltung und die Wohnung ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für all das. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

매우 넓고 쾌적하여 2가족이 쓰기에도 좋습니다. 전자렌지,세탁기,건조기 쓰는데 이상없고 타올도 요청하면 바로 가져다 주십니다. 다낭에 또 오면 다시 방문할의사 있습니다

The condo was great. Even better was the location. Lots of restaurants nearby and the beach was just a short walk away. Hosts were really responsive and answered our every questions. I would really recommend this place.

Wir haben uns in dem Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir würden jederzeit diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Die Kommunikation mit Tung war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
