Sarah and Chrissie are amazing hosts. I was there for 6 weeks and stayed over Christmas and New Years. The place is beautiful. The laundry service was unexpected and amazing. They changed the bedding and provided fresh towels often. They were very welcoming and friendly... always invited me and offered a plate when they were having a braai. The place was always quiet and it offered me the privacy I needed for my writing and work. I could sit outside by the pool and work. Grove Mall is a short distance away. The neighborhood was also incredible for my evening walks. It was an extremely peaceful environment and great for my long stay. I 100% recommend.

My parents loved their stay at Fran‘s! She was very responsive and helpful, the apartment was beautifully decorated, clean and it had everything they needed. They had a wonderful time, the mall and some breakfast places are walkable distance from this gem and overall it’s a very peaceful neighborhood. They’ll be back for sure 🥰

El departamento es muy amplio y cómodo, está decorado con calidez y cuenta con todo lo que se puede necesitar para sentirse en casa. Está ubicado en una zona tranquila pero a pasos del Grove Mall donde hay gran variedad de negocios y restaurantes. Un plus sin duda es la maravillosa terraza donde está todo dispuesto para disfrutar de buenos momentos con una vista fabulosa. Mariëtta y Migael han sido siempre muy atentos y considerados, siempre pendientes de nuestras necesidades. Un lugar ideal para alojarse en Windhoek!

This Airbnb was an absolute gem! Located just above Merua Mall in Windhoek, it offered the most stunning city views we could have asked for. Sunsets on the balcony were an absolute highlight - pure magic! But the true stars of the show were the hosts. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The apartment itself had a wonderful homey feel, perfect for our large family. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind, and it felt just like being home away from home. If you're looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay in Windhoek with an amazing view, this Airbnb is the perfect choice! I highly recommend it!

J’ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour. L’emplacement est idéal et à pas de plusieurs attractions dans la capitale Namibienne. L’appartement était propre et exactement comme décrit. Ce qui n’est pas mentionné, et est un plus, une place de Barbecue avec un Balcon bien couvert pour un bon temps de détente entres amis. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité du host à faciliter la navette de l’aéroport et le local et vice versa à un pris très abordable. Je recommande le local à tout nouveau visiteur et j’y passerai certainement lors de ma prochaine visite.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und erhielten eine sehr nette Einladung zum Braai (grillen ist in Namibia sehr wichtig). Die Unterkunft erreichst Du, wenn Du vom Tor aus weiter fährst auf die Anhöhe (was für ein toller Blick). Die Unterkünfte liegen nicht weit entfernt und sind problemlos mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Küchenzeile fehlte noch, hat uns allerdings nicht gestört. Du lebst direkt in der freien Natur. Wir fanden das besonders und daher haben wir uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden. Der Gastgeber ist herzlich und sehr cool. Danke, dass wir hier Gast sein durften.

Seimy was an excellent host. The place is central and was great value for money for our overnight stay.

Hands down the best place I’ve stayed in many years. Christine’s place is immaculate, inside and out. The fully stocked kitchen with equipment makes cooking a breeze. Security is excellent too. WiFi speeds are 60mbp which is a breath of fresh air for Windhoek. Would highly recommend staying here, it is fantastic - one of the few stays where I need an extra star to give! Ben

I (and I speak for our entire group of 4) would say that this place and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the proactive nature of our host, meeting us at the highway gate to coming by upon our departure and escorting us back out everything was fantastice. We had Springboks, Eland, Wildebeests and Girafe "greet" us up the riverbed while we enjoyed a deserved brew from the covered deck. Later during our stay we had the privilege of seeing Hartebeests, Oryx, and even an inquistive young Sable! Another treat was the several hectar-sized pond and easy 2km hike from the cabin. Egyptian Geese, some Shovelers, Spoonbill and Black-breasted plovers were easy to spot. Then there was the plentiful and excellent supply of firewood, perfect for our daily "braie" or BBQ. Our "braie-meister" was a happy camper as were the rest of us as we feasted on lamb, sausage and ribs. Lastly, we got to know our hosts, Fabienne and Serge. A special treat. We already want to come back!

Heerlijke rustige locatie met veel ruimte en een privé zwembad. Leuk om ook de eigenaar te ontmoeten die ons uitnodigde voor een whisky!

Highly recommend this place! Romona is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The place was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Communication was smooth, and her attention to detail truly stood out. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

Irma's two bedroom apartment was beautiful and was set in an even more beautiful conservancy estate with wonderful views. Irma was super helpful with our questions as well as being willing to help us with recommendations when stranded in Windhoek a week prior to our stay with her. We ordered her home cooked lasagne and salad for dinner and it was delicious. The apartment was well set up for self-catering and our only wish was that we could have stayed longer!

The hosts were very responsive and helpful with all of my queries and replied very promptly. The appointment is well maintained and has everything you need. spotless too

This has been one of the most comfortable apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Tucked away in a quiet, cozy neighborhood, it offers the perfect balance of peace and convenience.
