Nestled in a cozy part of the heart of Kathmandu, walking distance from Thamel. Maya Cozy apartment is the perfect stay for tourists, remote workers, families, hikers, travelers, and locals. We designed this apartment to be open, with lots of natural light as we both remotely work. The bedroom has simplicity to help give you rest from the busy days of exploration. The kitchen is spacious and has had plenty of creativity cooked throughout our time living here. We hope you enjoy our sweet home.

Penthouse Apt. near the tourist hotspot of Thamel

This apt. is located on the penthouse floor of Mila hotel. You get magnificent views of the Kathmandu city and the surrounding mountains from the apt. The apt. is located on a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the tourist hotspot of Thamel in Kathmandu; one is never too far away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists markets. At the same time the apartment's location is far enough so guests can have quite peaceful relaxing time when they desire. We have 24-hours guarded security.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place in Bag Bazaar, Kathmandu, on the 5th and 6th floors. The accommodation features one queen-sized bed, two bathrooms, a modular kitchen, a living space, and a dining area. There is one balcony and two terraces on the top, offering a great view of central Kathmandu, located near major tourist attractions in the central area. Enjoy the luxury of free Wi-Fi as well as two TVs. However, there are no accessibility services for disabled.

This modern, fully furnished studio is perfect for couples and solo travelers seeking an authentic stay in historic Patan. Located on the main street, it’s just a short walk to Patan Durbar Square, Krishna Temple (450m/~5 mins), Labim Mall (500m/~7 mins), and Pulchowk UN Office (1.1 km/~15 mins). Please Note: The lively location means it's not ideal for those seeking complete quiet. We have a 15% weekly and 30% monthly discount. Ask us for a long-term stay beyond 3 months.

Newari Unit, built with up cycled materials

Located in Patan, our duplex apartment features a fusion of traditional Newari and modern design. Constructed using reclaimed materials, it provides a warm and inviting atmosphere. What sets it apart is the separation of the kitchen and dining area by a private garden, adding a touch of peacefulness and greenery to the living space. Additionally, the living space is on the bottom unit, offering separation from the bedroom in the upper unit which ensures privacy and comfort.

Modern 4-Bedroom Family Oasis w/ Terrace

Greetings! I’m Angelo and welcome to our vacation home in Nepal. This is a spacious two-story family suite, complete with a large kitchen, comfortable living area, and four bedrooms, ideal for a large traveling family. This floor has its own separate entrance and internal staircase that connects the two floor. The ground floor is home to a family member, who maintains the property and act as the main contact for our guests. Thank you for choosing to stay in our home!
