We rented two of Daria's apartments. Both were like new and Daria was a great host, accommodating and friendly. One of the apartments was on the 5th floor with no elevator, but I welcomed it because I needed the exercise. The other on the 2nd floor.

Modern Studio on Nauky Avenue with a Large Loggia

Excellent apartment, everything was as described and what was shown in the pictures. Was actually better than what the pictures show, everything was great. Other than getting lost thanks to GPS intermittent the building was easy to find. The apartment was in a great location, quiet all the time, walkable to many locations, there is a good size grocery store down the road, about 10 minute walk, but you can get everything you need there, including fresh crawfish, lol. There are no complaints with the apartment, the location or anything, Svitlana was awesome with assistance when it was needed. Replies were within minutes, even some odd ball ones that I had. The apartment is a studio, dont try to get a bunch of people in it. Perfect for 1 or 2 people, enclosed balcony over looking the city, great spot to be at sunset. If you get the chance to go to Ukraine, this is a great option to stay at. Not to far from city center, everything is within walking distance.

Квартира затишна. В ній немає нічого зайвого і є все необхідне для комфортного перебування. В приміщенні чисто, тепло, все ціле, функціональне. Заселення було легким, Ольга завчасно надала всю необхідну інформацію з фото. Однозначно рекомендую! Єдине, варто зважати на те, що будинок розташований біля залізничного вокзалу - не дуже тихе місце, чути рух метро та трамваїв - перший час не дуже комфортно в умовах постійних повітряних тривог, але швидко звикаєш.
