Staying here truly felt like a home away from home. The house is full of character and clearly built with a lot of love and care. The hospitality was warm and thoughtful—I really appreciated how understanding and welcoming the hosts were throughout. They went out of their way to make my birthday feel special, even letting my friends join in to celebrate with me, which meant a lot. The owners are incredibly kind and accommodating, and their adorable pets added an extra layer of warmth to the whole experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy, heartfelt stay.

Our stay at Shyam’s place was absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The communication was prompt and helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. The property has got this very bohemian vibe but also it was impeccably clean and well-maintained. This will certainly be in top of our list to stay in Pune, we would highly recommend it.

Stayed at this peaceful 3BHK bungalow in a quiet locality, it was perfect! The house was spotless, spacious and well-maintained. Met the hosts while checking in, very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for a tranquil escape!

It was a good stay. Location is good situated nearby good restaurants. Property is clean ish. However, would recommend a few things Cons 1. Two bedrooms smelled of smoke. 2. One bedroom downstairs bathroom wasn't clean enough 3. We were a group of women and were uncomfortable with a caretaker lingering around the house and were not able to use the common room. This should have been highlighted. Pros 1. Property is spacious 2. Caretaker is helpful. 3. There is parking space available too (however it's little tight for a big car) 4. Hosts were responsive 5. Exceptional stay! This property has it all - convenience, comfort and a great location. Everything you need is within walking distance, from grocery stores to restaurants. Rahul was a fantastic host, prioritizing our safety. Check-in was seamless, even when we arrived late. Rahul was there to welcome us and ensure a smooth transition. His hospitality and flexibility made all the difference. Highly recommended!"

It was overall a good experience, the host itself seems to be very professional and experience. We felt welcoming, and instructions were clear too. It’s really safe and the location is away from huss and buzz of the city being in the city.

excellent stay, totally worth it...

Nous avons réservé l'appartement entier pour 2 semaines dans le cadre d'une formation que nous réalisions à proximité. Le logement est conforme à la description et toutes les commodités sont présentes. Une femme de ménage passe plusieurs fois par semaine et permet à l'appartement de rester propre durant tout le séjour. Sheela est très accueillante et apporte conseil lors que nous en avons besoin (merci pour le contact pour les cours de Yoga). Une colline est à proximité pour s'évader quelques heures de la ville, restaurant et sont également à proximité de l'appartement. Si je reviens à Pune pour une prochaine formation, je réserverai cette appartement sans hésitation. Le seul bémol, sont les travaux à proximité de 7h à 19h, non-stop. C'est temporaire, mais cela peut rendre très nuisible, en particulier lorsque vous venez pour travailler et rechercher le calme.

I had a wonderful stay at Ashutosh's studio apartment! The location is perfect, with great restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The apartment itself is cozy and well-equipped, making it a great home base. Additionally, having a designated parking space for my car was a huge plus. We stayed at Tejashree ji's property for a week and it was an amazing experience. 1.. Tejashree ji is a very nice and thought full host. She made sure our stay is peaceful, by communicating properly. 2. The house was clean and well sanitized before our arrival and it's exactly like what is shown in the pictures. 3. Location wise we never had any issues while getting cabs/auto. The house is also near to grocery shops. We would love to stay here again.

I loved my stay here, as anyone else has and will. There's little to fault with, firstly, Samarth, a gracious host, next, the spacious and immaculately clean quarters, which opened to a lovely balcony and lastly, their family dog, Gucci, scoring a 10/10 on adorableness. I took an early morning walk around the neighbourhood and I found it to be a secure, safe spot. If you find this property vacant, book it.
