Now I understand why all the good reviews. I gave 5 stars to everything too because: 1) space is so big and clean please future guests keep it clean as well!! Also all the furnitures are working very well 2) host is very reactive and always reply within minutes for any questions 3) kitchen is very well equipped 4) fridge is big 5) washing machine is super new and big there is also a space where to hang your clothes 6) elevator is very fast 7) fast check in and check out I couldn’t ask for more during my amazing stay.

Amazing location right in the centre of the city. Great communication with the host and had a great time. Some people complained that the room was a little bit noisy, but we didn’t have any issues at all.

One of THE BEST Airbnbs you can stay with great value. That and her team were fantastic in guest management! Place was clean, maintained and seemed refreshed! It's my second time staying in the property but Thao and her team never fails to deliver. Usually hosts does Airbnb for the money but Thao and her team has passion behind this, you can tell from what they would do for their guests. Though it's a relatively short distance away from the main city, area is lively and loads of shops around including supermarkets. Nice, quiet, fuss-free stay. Can't ask for more! Keep doing what you're doing Thao! Yall are superstars!

На 6 этаже тренажерный зал, на 40 бассейн видовой. Это нужно обязательно увидеть. Вначале возникло недопонимание из-за форс-мажора ( к приезду номер не был готов, потому что жилец заболел и не съехал, попав в больницу), но нас заселили в другой номер. Хочется заехать и отдыхать спокойно, но пришлось переезжать из номера в номер, через пару дней мы уже заселились в свой номер. Но на этом все недопонимания закончились и мы прекрасно отдохнули. Единственный нюанс, который вы отметите в «Панораме»- ожидание лифта. Здание 40 этажное, много отдыхающих, 5-10 мин на процесс. Однако, это не относится к самому жилью, так как оно безупречное. Минь отзывчивая и внимательная. Помогала во всех вопросах, консультировала и всегда была на связи. Спасибо за великолепный отпуск. Если будем еще, то только у этого хозяина.

The apartment is perfectly located, almost right across the street from the sea, and the city views from the window are amazing. It was super clean and everything from the WiFi to the fridge and the stove worked perfectly. The hot water is actually hot, and there are plenty of cool cafes, restaurants, and places to get a massage. I didn't like a couple of things, though. The elevators are slow — sometimes I could make 5-6 stops before finally getting to the 37th floor or back down to the lobby. Also, there's this almost nightly disco party on the top floor that goes until midnight. Even though my apartment was all the way on the other side, I could still hear it pretty clearly.

Great location! Lots of local restaurants nearby, and it's an easy walk to the beach. Plus, it's right next to Cho Dam market, the biggest and most famous market in Nha Trang. The building is Airbnb-friendly. The guards are super helpful and will help you with your luggage. There's also a receptionist who can answer questions. Just remember, the apartment isn't managed by the building staff, so you'll need to contact the host for anything else. Also, the pool costs extra (50,000 VND). It's clean, but not heated. The apartment is clean, spacious, and has an amazing view of the beach and part of the city. Check-in was a breeze – we were able to self check-in in just a few minutes. Linh, the host, is really responsive and answered all my questions quickly. I'm really happy with my stay and definitely recommend this place and host!

We loved our stay in Nha Trang at Linh & Matt’s apartment. In our opinion it’s the best area of Nha Trang, it’s more tranquil and relaxed yet easily walkable to the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. There’s a large Lotte Mart within 5 minutes walk and the beautiful beach is also less than 5 minutes walk away. There are plenty of places to eat and drink very close by. The apartment itself is light, bright, airy and modern. The bed is large, fresh and comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious with a powerful shower. The view is probably the best bit! It’s glorious, I never tired of looking at the panoramic view. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re in Nha Trang.
