You have access to a private beach which is one block away from the condo building (key provided). The apartment is completely new and modern. This exclusive island has many fabulous restaurants, cafes, shops and groceries which you will have at walking distance from your condo. The apartment is on the first floor and faces a gorgeous street lined with Palm trees. You are a 10 minute drive from South Beach, Downtown/Midtown Miami and Art District. I can also pick you up from the airport and take you to the condo.
