My friends and I had a great time at this beautiful beachfront home! Ceci was very kind, helpful, and responsive. The house was very clean and close to the beach. We loved all the beach towels, umbrellas, and coolers. Super helpful. My only complaint was the hot tub, which we couldn't heat up. Overall, great experience!

Overall, this was a great stay. The construction on the building didn't bother us in our room per se, but did cause some traffic in the parking lot. There are some walkable options but we opted for longer days out elsewhere. The space itself is done as well as it could be. The building is dated a little bit, but this unit was perfect and the best use of space possible. The only minor drawback was the lack of a dishwasher, but if you eat out a lot that is a non-issue. The kitchen has everything we needed other than a sharper knife (understandably so). We had kids so the lack of dangerous or breakable items in the unit was a plus for us. The building's amenities aren't super impressive, but most importantly the beach and heated pool met our needs perfectly.

Waterfront Tiki Retreat

This was one of the best Airbnb's that we have stayed in....hands down! The home was so comfortable and clean, with everything you would need to cook, relax, and enjoy some time away. The home was really beautiful. The back area was uniquely laid out with a very nice (and warm!) pool, a tiki bar, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy. It was also on a water way with jumping fish, iguanas, and birds that played all afternoon! It was like nothing you would see anywhere else. Ralph met us when we arrived and showed us everything we would need to know. He was available without being overbearing in any way. It was close to restaurants and shopping, and the neighborhood was very safe for walking, running, or enjoying the ambience. We would absolutely return to this location again. 5 stars all the way around.

We had a wonderful stay. We arrived early and were able to check in and use the pool. The pool is beautiful.The temperature of the water was very nice. We loved the floats in the pool!! We used the kitchen area for breakfast and dinner. Perfect to make a quick meal. The grocery store is also a short walk.We walked to the beach but it was nice to return to the quiet pool area. Great shower pressure, clean and perfect size. We would stay here again if in the area. Thank you

Ma famille et moi avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement est fidèle à la description, propre et il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La terrasse avec les hamacs est vraiment un plus très agréable les enfants et nous même avons beaucoup apprécié. Ana est une hôte très gentille et fait tout son possible pour répondre à vos besoins. Si nous en avons l'occasion nous y retournerons avec plaisir ! Encore merci !

We stayed 5 weeks and were very satisfied with the lodging. Kate has a great custodian, Everett, who stopped by regularly to make sure we always had all the necessary supplies as we were staying longer than most guests. The pool is great and 2 parks and the beach are very close by. Nice, quiet neighborhood and supermarket and pharmacy are within short walking distance. Ten minute drive to downtown and Las Olas area. If you are planning a visit to Fort Lauderdale this is a great place to stay.

The house is super cozy and we really enjoy our stay. Zeynep is very responsive to our questions and issues. The stove wasn’t working properly and she sent us spare ones the same day and fix the issue entirely in 2 days. Despite the quick fix she still sent us gifts, which are super lovely.

The location was very close to shopping and a few blocks from the downtown area. It was a good size one bedroom apartment big enough for a couple spending a few weeks. The appliances were new and was nice to have an outdoor grill for,our use.

This is a fantastic place to stay! Spacious enough for 2 people, very homely and a lovely communal area around the condo's. The pool & BBQ area are relaxing and inviting and the premises are pristine and maintained very well. The beautiful beach is just a few steps away and the beach gear provided is a great bonus! The neighbourhood is safe and quiet but there is enough to do and see in the area. Karen is easy to communicate with, always friendly and responded quickly. Don't hesitate to pick Karen's place for a lovely vacation. We would definitely return!
