Located on Lake Superior, the Copper Suite is one of two units in the home with incredible views of the lake. You can access trails for cross country skiing/ hiking, no driving! In our family for the last five decades, this homey Lakeshore cottage is prepped and ready to host newcomers to give them a taste of our Keweenaw Peninsula paradise. Enjoy a private beach with bonfire ring, recently renovated deck with furnishings, fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms (with newer King, Queen & Twin beds). Guests have 24/7 access to the host, when necessary, as I live in the detached main house.

The cabin includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and endless decks and shared dock to enjoy the great outdoors. Within just a few steps you can be a part of the town of Copper Harbor, where you can enjoy the history of the Copper Country, sightseeing, historic Fort Wilkins, quaint gift shopping, great local cuisine, and any outdoor activity that you could possibly think of.

A spa in the heart of the Keweenaw

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Stay in the heart of Michigan's Keweenaw Peninsula, not far from beautiful Lake Superior, Copper Harbor, and downtown Calumet's National Historic Park. We have added a “spa” room in our basement that has a large steam room/sauna, a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub and full bathroom. Our house does not have a TV but we do have awesome Spectrum wifi. There’s also in floor heat and central air conditioning! Sorry no pets.

Welcome to Walden! Walden is a couples retreat. Our cabin is brand new construction. It has an open layout, large windows, full kitchen and living room. One bedroom and bathroom complete with washer and dryer. Walden is tucked into the trees on a private lot. The deck is the best spot to sit and let the sun wash over you. At night its quiet and the stars are bright.
