My tiny space is not a stand alone building. It’s a converted apartment with the idea of turning dreary into stunning. Water views and two minutes to the bus stop. Walking distance to town. We are located across from the beach in a northend neighborhood.

The Cozy Kraken

Ketchikan is such a unique and beautiful town we wanted our home to match! The Cozy Kraken was built in 2024 on the mountain side overlooking the Inside Passage with unmatched sunsets that make you feel like you’re on top of the world! Just a 13 minute drive to the airport we are on the north end of Ketchikan. Built with comfort in mind and high end appliances in the kitchen featuring BlueStar.

Our apartment is a basement 2 bedroom, down 12 stairs. We live in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, off street parking, Smart TV, and laundry facilities.There are two bedrooms, a single cot in the laundry space and a fold out chair bed.
