Local woods are showcased throughout the home. With beach access across the street at Rotary Beach (AKA "Bugge's Beach" to locals) and a beautiful walking path, you have plenty of activities to fill your time. And if it happens to be a rainy day, you have a covered porch to enjoy the ocean air!

Directly Overlooks Salmon Ladder~Blueberry Cottage

Perched above historic Married Man’s Trail and directly overlooking Ketchikan Creek’s famous Salmon Ladder waterfall, Blueberry Cottage offers one of Ketchikan’s most unique downtown stays. Watch bald eagles soar overhead and (seasonally) salmon leap below—all from your own cozy retreat. Tucked just steps from downtown Ketchikan’s restaurants, shops, Creek Street, museums, and waterfront, this location lets you experience the best of town without needing a car.

Cedar Suite

Located in the Thomas Basin area of Ketchikan, the Cedars unit is centrally-located and close to restaurants, bars, shopping and boat docks. The unit is freshly decorated and is equipped to meet most every need. There are two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. A optional unit (Celtic Suite) with an adjoining door is available to rent with one queen bed. The owners are local and have a shop located below the unit.

Located just south of the Mountain Point boat launch, this full stocked apartment offers spectacular views of the ocean. Beach access is just down the road at Rotary Beach. Spend your day watching the whales, eagles, and fishing boats from the comfort of the couch or catch the city bus right in front of the house and be in town a few minutes.

Our apartment is a basement 2 bedroom, down 12 stairs. We live in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, off street parking, Smart TV, and laundry facilities.There are two bedrooms, a single cot in the laundry space and a fold out chair bed.
