We enjoyed Terry and Militsa’s amazing hospitality. I loved meeting and feed all the adorable animals!

This was our second time staying here and we absolutely love it! Great place to stay with kids and very close to lake!

Perfect halfway point between San Diego and Mammoth with the kiddos. We felt safe and enjoyed having space outside for them to run around. Communication was excellent. The stars were incredible! Quiet area. Would stay here again.

Beautiful place with lots of amenities and things to do. We stayed at the Playhouse and it was charming. Loved the water supply. Be prepared for the bees while eating by the benches but we are in the middle of the forest so expected. John was friendly and funny. Worth a visit and would come back here camping!

5 stars across the board! Clear instructions, responsive host. The property is gorgeous, we appreciated the peace and quiet away from the city. Feeding the piggies, walking around the property taking in the sights & soaking some sun in the hammock were all highlights. Jen & Pete left a sweet card and little treats too! Very thoughtful. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The fam and I came to Nolan's place for a quick getaway this last weekend to tour the Carrizo National Monument. House was clean, warm, and provided just the right amount of necessities to make for a very comfortable trip.

Beautiful location right next to all the wineries. Really liked the one bedroom with private bathroom, and with its own private entrance. Christy was an excellent host, she was very thoughtful And you can see by how nice she made the room. Everything was super clean with a mountain feel decor. Appreciated the extra blankets although I didn’t need any. The microwave was really helpful and the little mini fridge was just enough for the week, while I went to class in Bear Valley. The shower/ bathroom had really nice shampoo and conditioner, and hand soaps with hand lotion (I will need to buy them because they smelled so good). 😊 Thank you again Christy for a wonderful stay would have liked to have stayed longer.

What a beautiful property with a peaceful setting, perfect for our large family! We were in town for a wedding and family festivities and it was wonderful to have a large, comfortable home to relax in between the festivities. The animals onsite were a huge added bonus for all of us, but especially the kids! We loved enjoying coffee outside to take in the pretty views in the morning and walking the property to see the horses and goats. The onsite caretaker of the property was very welcoming and even let our kids hold and play with his brand new puppies. We really enjoyed our stay!

Christy’s place is a quiet slice of Cowboy Heaven. The natural area is beautiful and her space was spotless and thoughtfully decorated. I was very impressed with the high quality of everything: art, linens, and the beautiful interior. I felt instantly at home! We will definitely return!

Beautiful location. Easy to get into rooms. Clean and comfortable room, just like the pictures and description. I am familiar with the area so I was able to find it relatively easy, but my in-laws struggled just like Christy had mentioned could be a possibility if you input the address into the GPS as it takes you down a longer route. I’d suggest reading and following the instructions provided to make it easier to locate the home.

Amelia was such a great host. We had to extend our check out time due to emergency and Amelia was very accommodating about it. She was very responsive to the messages. Overall good vibes all around her and the property.

The RV was clean and well stocked with essentials. The camping area was serene and beautiful with river access. We enjoyed it so much we purchased a family membership so we can visit regularly.

The beds were super comfortable and Amelia is a very communicative and accommodating host! Would highly recommend Kernville Ranch!

This place was perfect for us. It was the best outdoor space of any AirBNB I have been to, felt like our own private resort. The best part is we came to die motorcycles in california city, and we were able to ride the trails up in the hills on the property and it was some beautiful vistas and decent riding. Will definitely be back! Wish we had a coffee grinder, my only wish list item, but the keurig was not bad coffee.

10/10 highly recommend. This is our second time staying at this beautiful place & it still fills my heart with so much peace. From being greeted by the sweet dogs, to kayaking on the pond, or taking a walk on the farm. Not only is it peaceful, but our host Meredith is so helpful and responsive. I promise, you won’t regret staying here. We will definitely be returning again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Debby's cabin home. It was a perfect space for us as we attended a family wedding that was within 10 miles of the home. Debby and her husband were friendly and came over to go over some items at the home, which was helpful and nice. For us, the instructions were unclear and we ended up at the home across the street (GPS only recognizes the home address across the street) and when we didn't see a lock keypad, we tried going up a dirt road and nearly got stuck. Do NOT go up the dirt road...lol I guess we are the only dummies because Debby didn't think the instructions/directions were a problem for anyone in the past. It just put a damper on the beginning of the trip, but it ended up being a lovely stay. Super peaceful. The walk down to the lake was great and we were able to go fishing. We caught two bushes and part of a tree...lol So, not real luck there, but it was fun. Again, super friendly hosts, beautiful home, comfy beds, and great location for us.

Great bed and super hospitable host. It was intimate and comfortable, I felt if I could have stayed several nights I would now have a great friend. Ilda is very nice and interesting.

We enjoyed a very quiet and peaceful weekend at Anthony’s place. Anthony was very accommodating of our service dogs and provided a lot of excellent local recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Anthony’s place has some quirks, but nothing he didn’t prepare us for and nothing that took away from the quality of our stay. The “house within a house” concept was awesome. Coffee and games in the outer shell in the morning was great. We also loved hanging on the balcony and taking in the beautiful view. The area is very quiet and every neighbor we walked by with the dogs was friendly. Definitely recommend Anthony’s place to anyone looking for a zen-like stay, but with all the modern amenities that make our lives easier.

This was our second stay at Amelia's Meadow Cottage and we love it. Beautiful, peaceful and picturesque. Amelia is a great host, the cottage is comfortable, spacious, very well appointed and is close to the main street and with easy driving access to amazing hiking trails, swimming and river activities as well as fishing and more. We highly recommend this for a short or long nature get-away! Thank you!

Mariahs place was one of the best BNB's we have stayed in. So beautiful, she is a great decorator, the house felt like home, the bed was amazingly comfortable, awesome linens, kitchen was great, lots of cooking utensils. we will definitely be coming back!
