North facing & sunny, it has its own relaxing outdoor bath; cosy wood fire; 5 acres of sub-tropical gardens; private jetty, kayaks & fishing rods & deserted sandy beaches a short paddle downstream at Takou Bay. The cottage is nestled in 150 acres of organic farmland, native bush & river front, 20 minutes from Kerikeri.
