Upper floor - (gable height 2.20 m) with bed (160x200 cm), and air conditioning. Wooden windows and doors have mosquito nets. Outside: Natural stone terrace shaded with wine covered pergola and great views.

To Modern House βρίσκεται στο χωριό Χαϊδευτό σε απόσταση 2.5 Km από τις παραλίες και το λιμάνι της Κεραμωτής. Πρόκειται για ένα ήσυχο, μοντέρνο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο κατάλυμα. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει κλιματισμό, θέρμανση, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, σαλόνι με καναπέ κρεβάτι, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ψυγείο καθώς και ντους. Κατάλληλο για 2 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά. Στο διαμέρισμα θα βρείτε πετσέτες και κλινοσκεπάσματα. Σε λίγα μέτρα θα βρείτε mini market, φαρμακείο, αρτοποιείο και εστιατόριο.

My place is close to Keramoti, just 2 km away. Returning to village of Monastiraki, Kavala is just 5 min. Part of UNESCO park, Delta Nestos, Kavala, art and culture.The house is convenient comfortable, and practical, offering a clean and modern deisgn for a healthy vacation, in an authentic setting, close to nature and its well preserved beauties. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. Es befindet sich 400 Meter vom Natur Strand Agios Ioannis. Das Dorf Avdira ist in 5 Kilometer zu erreichen. Und verfügt über Supermärkte, Bäcker mehrere Restaurants und einen Geldautomaten. Der Hafen und die Ausgrabungen sind in 1 km zu erreichen und der Mirodato beach bar ca. 4 Km entfernt. Auf dem großzügigem Grundstück gibt es Liegen und Sonnenschutz in absoluter Ruhe zum Erholung.

Η οικία Τzaneti είναι ένας μοντέρνος χώρος που βρίσκεται στο Λιμένα Θάσου, είναι μόνο 300 μέτρα από την κοντινότερη παραλία, Αι Βασίλης και 1,5 χιλ από το κέντρο της πόλης. Διαθέτει έναν όμορφο κήπο, με τραπέζι και παγκακια!!! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται απέναντι από τον ιερό ναό της Αγίας Τριάδας και δίπλα υπάρχει μία παιδική χαρά. Ο περιβάλλων χώρος περιστοιχιζεται από δέντρα , σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά. Στα 50 μέτρα είναι το πλησιέστερο super market.
